This hotel is a gem!! Rooms are spacious, bathroom is perfect with even a very useful makeup mirror. Breakfast was amazing and they even had an ice cream machine in the lobby! A cozy bar also ! I would definitely stay there again !

Really cute hotel and a welcome oasis from the heat wave. The AC in the room was phenomenal and made for a very comfortable stay. I opted in for breakfast buffet, was delicious and would opt in again. Restaurant down the street called Garçon that I’m still dreaming about. Stayed 4 nights and would absolutely come back.

We stayed twice at this hotel over a week period (day trip in between). We LOVED everything about it. Comfy quiet rooms (over the courtyard!) and staff (Patrick, Tom, amazing Chinese girl who’s name I forget - Sorry) and location (bistros, grocery, metro) all FAB. It’s not a big fancy hotel. It’s a small boutique hotel so don’t expect 500sqft rooms. We will 100% stay there again.

10/10 hotel in an amazing location. Patrick and Tom and Lovely Chinese girl (I can’t remember her name) made our stay so much more than it could have been. We had a few issues with our room which they wonderfully rectified and they took such good care of us. Rooms were great (request one that is facing the courtyard) and typical Paris small but bigger than most. Location amazing. We 1000% would stay at Victoria Palace again and not just because of the rooms and location - the people made the biggest difference. 11/10

櫃檯小姐服務有問題，我們早上checkin進去，因還沒有房間，但就先辦checkin手續，也刷了deposit款項，故先寄放行李就外出，等到晚上約7點左右進到飯店，想拿room key，櫃檯另一位小姐居然說我沒辦checkin手續，經過我一番說明，她查她的電腦查了將近15、20分鐘。終於說有了，但是還是硬要我再刷一次deposit，有理說不清，只好再刷一次才拿到房卡，真是的，一次就夠了！

O hotel é muito bem localizado, próximo a muitos restaurantes, atrações, estações de metrô, mercados e lojas de conveniência. É possível fazer muitas coisas a pé (museus, parques, monumentos, etc), aproveitando a caminhada para apreciar a beleza da cidade. Para atrações mais distantes, as estações de metrô ficam muito próximas e são super práticas. Nunca fiquei mais de 3 minutos esperando na plataforma. A Gare de Montparnasse fica perto do hotel (7 min a pé) e está conectada às principais linhas, além de oferecer trens para viagens mais longas. Apesar de estar próximo a todas essas facilidades, o quarto é silencioso. As acomodações estavam muito limpas e a cama era muito confortável. Tomei café da manhã apenas uma vez e achei ok - nada muito especial. Pelo preço (€26), preferi experimentar várias alternativas ao redor do hotel. Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa e eu certamente voltaria a me hospedar no Victoria Palace.

Central location and beautifully maintained rooms.

Overall, good hotel. Convenient location, decent amenities. Upgrade if you can to get a balcony, beautiful view with the balcony. Basic room is a little small, but typical for Paris. Room service food was average. Staff was helpful. Overall 4.5/5 stars

superior room was excellent. Staff were first rate from front desk to house keeping. A quiet refuge after logging many miles walking through Paris.

This is my go-to place to stay in Paris. The neighborhood is walkable with favorite stops and everything I need. Staff is enthusiastically helpful, and Nina and Tom were great examples of that this morning. Breakfast is consistently good. Room is so comfortable I spent too much time there. It is small, and traveling by myself, it works. With my husband, I would want a larger room. When I travel, I want safe, clean, comfortable, and this hotel offers all of that.

Não tivemos uma boa estadia. A diária é caríssima para o que o hotel oferece. Instalações já desgastadas pelo tempo (fotos não refletem a realidade), limpeza muito precária (tapete imundo, travesseiros e toalhas com cheiro ruim, várias marcas de sujeira no quarto), além de terem nos alocado em quarto de frente para a rua com uma acústica pessima, não conseguimos dormir nenhuma noite bem porque existe um bar na frente do hotel que faz barulho até 1 da manhã. Além disso funcionários foram super antipaticos conosco. Localização é ok, próximo de lojas , mas distante dos principais pontos turísticos.

We wanted to use the long weekend and visit Paris for the first time. Due to not knowing the city, we decided to look for a hotel in the easy walking distance from all tourist hot spots and in an area that is deemed safe. Our hotel fit the description perfectly - safe and quiet area, we walked most of the time, but when we wanted to save time, several metro stations are within 5 min walk. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops near by, as well as one supermarket. Hotel itself is clean, well maintained and most importantly, our room was super quiet (overlooking courtyard). Staff was super nice and helpful, esp. the breakfast team (Nina, Fanta, Makhan). We enjoyed breakfast every morning, good selection of different things! I would def visit again, so 100% recommended.

Victoria Palace is a fantastic hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, comfortable beds and quiet rooms. It is close to shops, metro and restaurants. I will definitely come back.

Rooms were tiny but that is to be expected in Paris. They were, however, very clean which is most important. We had issues with our toilet- it ran for hours at a time which was quite annoying. The bed also had springs coming up from it which was also a bit annoying. The other downside to the room was the shower. You could not go more than 4 minutes without it completely clogging snd overflowing onto the bathroom floor ( and ultimately into the room itself). Location was great though. Not sure it was worth $500 a night though given the issues we had with the room.
