We had a great stay. The staff, especially Antonio, was very hospitable and helpful. Room was spotless clean. Right in the historic center with dining options and shopping. About 20 minute walk to the train station. Fantastic breakfast!!!

Everyone was kind, courteous and friendly! I will definitely return for a longer stay in Ferrara.

Very friendly old style hotel pleasant staff within 10 mins of town centre . Lots of cyclists every age around easy to hire bikes in centre at to disco shop off main square.Lovely cycle around perimerer of Ferrara outside the the old walls

L'hotel est en hyper centre historique et facile d'accès pour la dépose des bagages , l'accueil est chaleureux ,et le personnel est disponible pour des renseignements ou des conseils .Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié abondant et frais , en un mot , délicieux. Propreté irréprochable , literie très confortable . Le parking en ville est à environ 800m de l'hôtel et très bon marché. Une escale que je recommande. Mireille Estines

From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was unpleasant and made us feel as though we were inconveniencing her. She asked for the names under which we had booked our two single rooms, then claimed she had no record of our reservations—all in a condescending, dismissive tone. I explained that I had booked on February 5th through Hotels.com and showed her my confirmation email. She told me to wait while she started up her computer. I could see our names on her screen from where I stood, yet she continued to insist she couldn’t find our reservation. When I finally pointed out that I could see our names, she admitted she didn’t know what had happened and said only one room was available. She never offered an apology and maintained her superior attitude the entire time. I understand mistakes can happen—nobody’s perfect. However, I cannot accept being treated so poorly, especially when the error was not mine.

Ystävällinen ja kodikas hotelli aivan vanhan kaupungin sydämessä. Tilava ja hyvin sisustettu huone. Nojatuoli olisi vielä hyvä lisä. Aamiainen hyvä ja monipuolinen.

Hotel a gestione familiare ristrutturato da poco con gusto. Camere e bagni confortevoli e pulitissimi. Colazione a buffet ricca e completa. Proprietari gentilissimi. Posizione straordinaria. Un hotel che vale molto di più delle sue tre stelle.

Bravissimi. Stanza singola grande, comoda e ben arredata ( mobilio in legno retrò).. pulizia ottima, bagno giusto con tutti gli accessori.. colazione buona nella quantità ottima nella qualità. Il servizio ha una marcia in più. Bravi, cortesi, pronti a tutto ed educati. Location ottima al centro di tutto. La consiglio assolutamente.

Bellissima struttura, personale favoloso, camera spaziosa calda molto comodo il letto. Colazione molto variegata. Posizione strategica a due passi dal castello e da tutto il centro storico. Consiglio vivamente

Fabulous gem of a hotel. Friendly staff who made us feel so welcome and could do enough to help, superb breakfast with so much choice, and comfortable, super clean, quiet rooms. Add to that the fact that it’s in a superb location, less than a minute’s walk to the Castello Estense and the main square. Definitely recommended.

This is a lovely town. And this hotel very well. Suits the town because it’s also very lovely. It’s a family run business but they do a magnificent job. I would highly recommend staying here and I would certainly return. Should I have a need?
