Muy buena ubicacion

Hotel agradable en el centro. Personal amable. Desayuno bueno y con sala de deporte. Único punto fue la comunicación previa a la llegada. No contestan en los emails y cuando contestan mandan mensaje automáticos con PDF que no contestan a las preguntas. No hizo dudar si cancelar la reserva para ir a otro sitio

Tiene una muy buena ubicación, el desayuno estaba muy bueno (no lo incluye, hay q pagarlo adicional), nuestra habitación estaba muy limpia y el personal fue muy amable...

Big rooms and a lovely shower, helpful staff and good connections to central Madrid

Location is easily accessible. It is outside of the major tourist area if you are looking for something that may be more quiet and slower. There is a nice kids playground outside and benches with some even having peddles. Very close to cafes and restaurants. Room itself was fantastic, clean, comfortable, and you can control the AC in the room. Has a gym that has enough for someone like me who exercises twice a week. They even put out water and lemon on hot days to help with the heat. Enjoyed my stay here and will be back again!

For me a good location as I visited Madrid a lot of time. Perfect to skip the most touristic areas but still be in a good location. Room was better than expected, pictures looked a bit old but the room was clean and tidy.

En general un hotel aceptable, un poco viejo y el A/C no helaba muy bien.

Overall, 2/10. Room was dirty, not much larger than my closet at home, and the gym, although decent, was not useable most of the time as there were trainers working in the gym with outside clients! This was very disappointing. The only redeeming thing was the daily breakfast buffet, which I would give a 8/10, including the restaurant staff. Bottom line, although in a good location, I definitely won’t book this hotel again in the future.
