Buena atención del personal

Good hotel! Only spent one night here before my flight back home. Nothing fancy just a simple room, 20 minutes walking distance from plaza mayor.

Ligging net buiten de drukte van het centrum is top. Metro en bussen direct voor de deur. Mooie kamer, goede bedden, nette badkamer. Ontbijt prima. Airco deed het goed. Zeker een aanrader!

The location was unique the staff all over the hotel were excellent the breakfast had a great variety of food and the price was very affordable

Good cafe for meals very handy after a tiring tourist trip. Good location and professional staff. Poor sounding proofing, even with a suite I could hear people talking through lounge walls and the separate bedroom, not very relaxing.

Pros: Central to metro, buses and restaurants. Area was safe, clean, and quiet. Cons: Staff was unfriendly. In particular, the morning female bartender was rude - seemed irritated every morning when I ordered and PAID for coffee. I stayed for 5 nights. Also, for the hotel price, coffee should have been complimentary. Room was on the small side.

Estaba todo perfecto excepto por el ruido de la habitacion de arriba al caminar. El parqué hacía muchísimo ruido.

O Hotel é bom e bem localizado. Ficamos por 6 noites e alguns episodios marcaram a estadia. Numa das noites jovens faziam muito barulho durante a madrugada em um dos quartos e perturbaram nosso descanso e mesmo tendo reclamado na recepção pouco foi feito. Numa outra noite o alarme de incendio foi disparado por 3 vezes durante a madrugada e na ultima manhã o hotel não tinha agua quente pra tomar banho. Fora isso a estadia foi tranquila e o hotel é bom, limpo e bem localizado.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming during our whole stay. The room was honestly okay. Our room specifically didn’t have a coffee maker, an added amenity you would expect to have at a 3 star hotel. Our trash was not taken out for two days & started to overflow. Our glasses were not replaced at all. We had to go down to the bar to get new glasses every day. Other than that, the hotel was in a great location and very close to the metro.
