清潔な客室と空調設備やお湯の温度や量などとても良く、滞在期間中とても快適に過ごせました。 スタッフの方々も親切でした。特にパリに到着した時にホテルでチェックインをした時の対応してくださったフロントの方が私の要望を聞いていただいたり、日本語で挨拶などしてくださったり、心温まる対応にとても感謝しています。

毎日清掃して下さりお水も補給してくれました。オペラ駅からもすぐ近くで観光にも便利でした。

4泊しましたが、フロントの方は毎日変わっていましたが皆さん親切で質問には丁寧な英語で慣れない私でもわかりやすく説明していただきました。毎日の清掃もきれいでした

Booked a deluxe double room for a 3 night stay in Paris. Was lovely and spacious. Hotel staff couldn’t have been more helpful. When my plug adapter didn’t fit they lent me one. Extra tea & milk - no problem. Small things, but they’re the things you notice. Location was excellent. A short walk to Opéra Metro station and an easy walk down to the Louvre and Seine riverbank. Local restaurants and bars were expensive, but I think that’s just Paris. There was a choice at least and I enjoyed what I ate. Was an excellent base for my stay and I’d stay here again!

Excelente localização! Cama super confortável, atendentes prestativos e um diferencial foi poder deixar as malas após o checkout pra curtir a cidade até o horário do voo.

Excellent location, nice staff Room was very small, though comfortable . Breakfast did not impress me at all.

I always enjoy staying at your hotel. I especially love the breakfast. The amenity brand is L’Occitane, which Japanese tourists really love. I will definitely come back and stay again.

location was perfect, good maintenance and comfy room. loccitaine amenities are also so good, overall very satisfied with the stay. staffs were super nice except for night shift man. I visit paris 5 times a year for my business trip ans definately willing to visit again for my next one. thank you.

Very nice boutique hotel. Great staff, clean and spacious rooms. The bar is great and serves a good aperitif. I will definitely stay here again!
