Habitación sucia Desayuno precario Personal que hace cargos no autorizados en las tarjetas Hotel no contesta a correos

Para el precio que se cobra, es un hotel que deja mucho que desear..! El lobbie es pequeño, no hay suficiente personal para atender (había ocasiones que no había nadie en la recepción), y ni siquiera hay oferta de desayuno..! Muy decepcionado. En la zona se encuentran muchos mejores hoteles a mejor precio. Además, no contestaron a mi solicitud de cambio de reserva, de forma que el prácticamente se quedaron con un día de mi dinero (US$ 244), si que yo hubiera podido usar la habitación…!

Friendly and service minded staff. Clean and quiet

The location of this hotel is excellent, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, our experience with the Chief of Reception left such a negative impression that I would encourage others to consider nearby alternatives. In early March, about a month before our original stay, new UK passport requirements forced our family to change travel plans for a trip with our 90-year-old father. When adjusting our reservations, I discovered that one of the two bookings had accidentally been made non-refundable. I contacted the hotel directly and was told to work through Expedia. Expedia’s staff were consistently helpful and attempted several times to assist, but every request was denied by the hotel’s Chief of Reception. Although we had already moved our second reservation to May and were still staying at the same hotel, we were forced to make an entirely new booking for my father. There was no willingness to compromise, transfer dates, or offer any partial refund despite the circumstances. What made this especially disappointing was the lack of compassion and customer service shown throughout the process. I understand policies exist, but the interaction felt unnecessarily cold and dismissive. It is unfortunate because the hotel itself is in a fantastic area and the rest of the staff were lovely. However, one individual’s attitude significantly affected what should have been a memorable family trip.

部屋は清潔でしたが、古い建物なので価格相応と感じた。 スタッフは親切に応対してくれました。 立地条件がよく、おいしいレストランがすぐ近くにたくさんあります。

Oda çok küçük, camdan bina boşluğu görünüyor, dışarısı değil ama konum iyi.

Location great, hotel clean and functional. Breakfast limited but sufficient depending on what you want.

The stay was good !! Very convenient location close to restaurants, Place Vendone, Ópera and other. The room had a good size, was clean but they smelled not that well !! Maybe the odor came from the sewer pipes or drains of the bathroom ?? Also, I cold not found any TV Channel in English !!!

Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées. Prévoir des bouchons d’oreilles. On entend la télé des voisins de chambre (à volume normal).

Great place to stay in Paris, on a quieter little side street near tons of food and shopping. Very kind and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. The only issue we had was a strong mildew type smell that had to be aired out every time we returned to our room.

Property was clean and staff friendly. Our cleaning staff took well care of the room and she was friendly and did a great job

フロントの方は皆さんとても親切で、安心して滞在できた。 初日のチェックイン時に最終日のチェックアウト予定と、空港へのタクシー手配まで済ませてくれたので本当に助かった。 ホテル内部は狭いが、とてもオシャレで可愛く楽しく過ごせた。 ただ、バスにシャワーカーテンがないのでシャワーを使用するたびにバスルーム全体がびしょ濡れになり閉口した。 廊下の音や隣の部屋の音もよく聞こえるので、早朝はドアの開閉も気を使いました。 繊細な方は耳栓などあるとよいかも。
