Our stay at Hôtel Baume was absolutely amazing. The staff is exceptional — warm, attentive, and truly made us feel welcome from start to finish. The breakfast was outstanding, with great quality and variety, and definitely a highlight of our mornings. The location is perfect: super quiet, yet within walking distance of everything. It’s rare to find such a peaceful spot in Paris so close to all the main attractions. We will definitely be coming back many times. Highly recommended!

Colazione: il concetto di colazione a la carte potrebbe essere un plus, in realtà si è rivelato un problema (spazi piccoli, qualità scarsa, lentezza e disorganizzazione hanno reso la colazione non all altezza di un 4 stelle. A quel punto meglio non proporla) Camere non all altezza del 4 stelle, eravamo in una tripla: il letto principale sembrava più un divano letto, piccolo e scomodo, posizionato su una piattaforma rialzata (si sentivano le molle), il divano letto era più grande. Pulizia migliorabile o quanto meno la moquette non aiuta. Posto grazioso, ben arredato ma manca la sostanza

The location is central, 5min walk from Luxembourg Park and metro. Easy to get to by train from the airport. Very clean modern hotel with lovely staff. Bars and restaurants on the doorstep.

Hotel maravilhoso. Especial elogio ao Martin, que foi super atencioso conosco. O hotel é muito bem localizado, perto de estação de metrô, de restaurantes, de mercado, da notre dame e louvre. Roupa de cama deliciosa, tudo limpo e cheiroso.

Room was spacious and nice, good light. Bathroom was a challenge because the space was so tight. No room to leave anything next to sink or even in a case in the bathroom. No toilet paper holder, also no luggage rack in room. But good shower and good light at the mirror. Reception staff helpful and spoke very good English. Housekeeping started out great, but fell off a bit over the course of 8 night stay (and I did leave daily tips so lack thereof is not the reason).

The room was incredible and the hotel is spectacular but what makes this hotel stand out is the staff. They are so helpful and friendly that this is now on our “come back to it” list

Room was very clean. Staff very courteous and professional and helpful. Gave us useful tips for going around. Room service every day ensured clean rooms every day.

Me hospedo há muito tempo no Baume (mais de 10 anos), sinto que o hotel está ficando um pouco para trás: As TVs mais antigas, não tem um frigobar no quarto e, para mim o principal, o serviço em geral menos atencioso.

I stayed at Hotel Baume in Paris for about two weeks and honestly everything was great. Every worker I encountered was super friendly, and the customer service was solid from start to finish. The person who checked me in was very nice, and he was also the same person who checked me out; just as friendly and professional. The location is also super convenient. It’s right by restaurants, cafés, and bars, and you can walk to a lot of local businesses without any hassle. It made getting around really easy. Overall, I had a great experience and I highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Baume-- our room was always spotless when we returned from our day, we appreciated the bottled water supply, we were very impressed by the helpfulness of the font-desk staff, especially Martin. The hotel staff even assisted us to make a reservation for a restaurant ahead of our stay. The hotel is close to everything that we walked more often than taking the metro!

Hotel is in a good location. Staff is helpful. The mattress in the room was really quite awful. To be fair, had I said anything during my stay, perhaps they could have done something about it. But it was so bad that I was up every few hours trying to get comfortable.

The staff, especially Martin and Alma, were extremely helpful with directions, restaurant suggestions and buying our train tickets to Normandy. The hotel location is excellent and near many good restaurants in Germain des Pres. The only negative is not having a small fridge in the room
