I enjoyed my stay here, it was in such a great area to stay in - close to nice stores, the supermarket and good restaurants. It was on the busier side though. The hotel was cute, looks like it was rebranded and renovated not too long ago. The decor was really nice, the amenities were great. The water pressure in the shower was so strong and felt like a massage each time you used it. The only disappointing thing was that housekeeping didn’t refill the shower gel - it was basically empty when we checked in. I eventually wrote them a letter after 3 days of them not refilling it and they eventually did it.

The room was small. The cleaning staff didn’t leave shampoo or soap until I had to remind them. Everything was pretty old but functional. Location was excellent and close to all attractions in Paris and fantastic shops and restaurants around. Overall, good experience. We will stay there again.

Great location near Champs-Elysee and great access to metro at Franklin-Roosevelt station. Hotel we stayed was clean, comfortable and staffs were very kind. Room has unique character. Thanks to the hotel for 3 great night im Paris.

Overall a solid option for us. We were around 5 minutes walking away from the Metro that runs along the river and can easily switch to numerous other train lines (including the RER when it wasn't closed for maintenance). Two small grocery stores close by and everything else you would need (boulangerie, restaurants, shopping, etc). A 20 minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe, which I believe is superior to the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is again in a nice location, some of the staff are friendly (some others don't really care), the rooms are small, but great/strong shower and the bed sheets are so soft and bed is comfortable. The elevator is tiny and very slow, so we basically walked up and down the 6 sets of stairs which kind of sucked. Also there is constiction nearbye that starts at 8AM sharp and is very loud and vibrates the hotel. The hallways, with the slamming doors and cleaners, is VERY loud, so woken up by neighbors coming or going early or late. Nothing major, just things to be aware of. Would recommend for the price and locatiom for sure.

The Manager was extremely accommodating and sweet. They helped me weigh my bags before leaving to airport which no hotel has done for me before! The rooms are so cute with pink bedding robes and towels I loved it 💕

Location is excellent but rooms are average

Room looks better and more beautiful in the pictures than in reality. Having said that, room was spacious (for Paris standards) but it lacked a proper desk, so impossible to work in the bedroom. Bed was comfortable. Location was great. Bathroom seemed newly refurbished (with retro style). Shower pressure was fantastic, but the water leaked outside the shower box. Lift is not only tiny (which is normal in Paris), but also slow. If you are in the upper floors, be ready to wait during peak hours. Breakfast was ok, the typical in Paris (not an extensive range of options). Service was good, staff was friendly. Overall: would not stay again for the price. For €250, end of May, I expect more value (or lower price).

The hotel is in a good location close to champs Elyse , however this is not a 4 star hotel. I would say is a 2.5/3 star hotel.

Fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from the Champs Elysées and metro station. Hotel is small but nicely designed with cute details which separates it from a lot of hotels within a similar price bracket. Our triple room was small but beds were very comfortable with good quality bedding, thick towels and robes/slippers. It was quite noisy outside on the road but to be expected as we were so central. Staff were friendly and helpful when we needed help drying our clothes after an almighty hailstorm drenched us. The breakfast is really the only thing I would have expected more from for the price. There was no fresh fruit or veg on offer apart from a few apples and a tiny bowl of cucumber, only one type of fresh bread and they ran out of croissants and we had to wait 10/15 mins for more (but had to leave to catch our taxi so missed them). Having a fresh fruit salad, some tomato/cucumber/peppers slices, a few different types of fresh bread and more croissants on offer would have turned it into a perfect hotel!
