En plein centre, nous avons passé

The walls so thin we could hear the next door guest brushing their teeth. Beds and bedding were of very poor quality.

Petite petite chambre mais propre …….un peu cher à 250$ canadiens la nuit mais située directement dans la Playa Mayor à deux minutes de marche

The room was very small, especially the bathroom. I was hitting my head against the edge of the sink everytime I used the toilet. The water temperature in the shower would not stay consistent. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the bed pillow was uncomfortable as well.

La habitación pequeña práctica pero funcional, de ubicación inmejorable con toda los servicios al 100% de atención 10/10 muy pendientes de la llegada y de ofrecernos toda la información necesaria.

Great location. Close by Sol Metro. Easy check in. Welcoming staff. Comfy bed. Quality bed linen and towels. Coffee in room. Having been in Madrid centre several times, I was surprised this level of Hostal only had shower gel in washroom… NO shampoo, No conditioner. But overall, would certainly recommend this lodging . Perfect place for first time visitor. Close to lots of attraction areas.

this is a low end hostel with a great location. it was very clean and it was a very good value we appreciate the coffee maker and refrigerator . the only negative was the bed was uncomfortable.

Great location.

Quarto ótimo, com ar condicionado, tv, frigobar e banheiro. Todos os dias era limpo, com trocas de toalhas. Local super bem localizado, perto de tudo, dá pra visitar todos os pontos turístico a pé, além de ser bem silencioso, cheiroso e reformado. Recomendo demais! Voltaríamos outra vez.

Property conditions, as in the room...tv remote had dead batteries, flooring edges were coming off, water control from shower as either super hot or cold no in between.

Tolle zentrale Unterkunft mit viel Komfort Das Hostel Castilla II hat uns positiv überrascht! Die Lage ist kaum zu toppen – direkt am Plaza del Sol und trotzdem angenehm ruhig, sodass man nachts gut schlafen kann. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und in einem gepflegten Zustand. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die gute Klimaanlage und die Möglichkeit, das Zimmer komplett zu verdunkeln – ideal für erholsamen Schlaf. Auch die Ausstattung hat überzeugt: Es gibt genügend Abstellmöglichkeiten, einen Kleiderschrank, sowie einen kleinen Kühlschrank und sogar eine Kochstation mit Wasserkocher für Kaffee oder Tee – wirklich praktisch! Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: Eine Garderobe zum schnellen Aufhängen von Jacken oder Taschen und ein zusätzliches Regal im Bad wären noch wünschenswert. Insgesamt aber ein sehr angemessenes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für diese Top-Lage und den gebotenen Komfort. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!
