Beautiful property in perfect location. More effort needed on main and putting cleaning materials away. Vacuum system hose left in the stairwell, very dangerous and we needed to remove the plunger and cleaning supplies that were in front of our door. Elevator can only accommodate one person. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Very accessible place walking distance to interesting shopping, dining and ionic places such as Notre Dame. Very safe for evening stalls..

The stay was good. The only problem we had - breakfast was VERY basic and very few staff available to help with things at breakfast time

Ótima localização, quarto pequeno, senti falta de algumas amenidades de banheiro e principalmente falta de gancho para pendurar toalhas. O elevador era muito pequeno, mas funcionou durante toda a estadia e super atendeu nossas necessidades.

The room was tiny. There was hardly any cupboard space or space to put things. Bathroom was tiny too.

Great location with many cafes and shopping options nearby. Also close to a couple of metro stops that can get you to any sight seeing options. Def recommend a Junior room or better if you want space to move around.

Great location, quiet at night. Aircon worked well. Clean and well appointed room with lots of storage. Excellent room size for Paris. Would definitely stay again.

Hottest day of the year but perfectly cool in the room. All good!

The staff were nice but the hotel was very small and crammed. The bedroom with two separate beds did not have enough space for the beds to actually separate. Breakfast cost extra which was a little inconvenient. Otherwise, the hotel is clean and in a very nice area but again, it is very, very small.

Quarto lindo, tudo muito bem arrumado e bem cuidado, funcionários educados e ar funcionando normalmente já que Paris estava muito quente, água no frigobar gelada, difícil encontrar água gelada nos comércios de Paris.

Good location near to restaurants and main turist attractions

Lynn on front desk was friendly and helpful! Her English saved me trying my very limited French! Location was quiet and enjoyed the local cafes and other places.. Walked to everthing we wanted t see.. Room is very small in comparison to North American standards but beds were comfy!

Wir könnten nicht glücklicher mit unserer Hotelwahl sein. Das Hôtel du Vieux Saule hat unseren Aufenthalt in Paris einfach perfekt gemacht. Lage: Unfassbar gut! Das Hotel liegt in einer charmanten, etwas ruhigeren Seitenstraße, aber man ist in wenigen Minuten mitten im lebendigen Marais, bei tollen Restaurants, Cafés und Boutiquen. Auch die Metro ist super schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Personal: Selten so einen freundlichen, aufmerksamen und herzlichen Service erlebt. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben. Zimmer: Sauber, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Für Pariser Verhältnisse absolut top – wir haben uns unfassbar wohlgefühlt und herrlich geschlafen. Zum Frühstück selbst können wir nichts sagen, da wir es nicht genutzt haben. Allerdings sieht der Frühstücksbereich super charmant und einladend aus! Fazit: Wir waren unfassbar zufrieden und würden dieses Hotel jedem sofort und uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wenn wir wieder nach Paris kommen, dann definitiv wieder hierher! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Omöjligt att få svar från hotellet via Hotels. com eller Expedia som jag tror var kontakten för dem. Mailade i samband med bokning, tre månader innan, för att få bekräftat om separata sängar, upprepade frågan vid tre senare tillfällen. Separata sängar fanns som möjlighet enligt webbsidan. Trots det var det dubbelsäng vid ankomst och dagen efter ordnades separat. Blev lite tråkig start på resan då vi själva fick ta i och sova med filtar (istället för dubbeltäcke). Dock försökte verkligen personalen hjälpa till men nekade till att de fått mejl trots bevis i min egen mobil. De sa att de haft problem med Expedia-kontakten.

Small nice hotel located in a lively area. Lots of Restaurants around and fairly close to many attractions if you like to walk.

Staff were great andcspoke English well. Room was good. Nice lobby/bar area. Breakfast for 12 euros and was good
