Habitación limpia y reformada. Personal agradable. Lo malo es que se escucha cualquier paso que se da en todo el hotel. Te cobran el guardarte la maleta aunque seas cliente.

Accessible affordable no frills stay in central london

Närhet till det mesta, ligger mycket bra till för en helg i London. Rummet var slitet. Frukosten köpte vi men inget att rekommendera. Fanns inga ägg, mörkt bröd, ost, pålägg.. Personalen ok men nästa gång bor vi någon annanstans.

Es accesible y bien ubicado. Es amplio y está en una zona bonita. Es súper accesible. Sin embargo es un edificio viejo, la habitación es muy pequeña, para 5 personas tiene 5 camas, pero se cabe apenas. Lo bueno, tiene secadora de pelo. Lo malo, se encierra el calor, hay ruido en el hotel y lugares aledaños toda la noche. Por ubicación y precio 10/10 por condiciones del espacio no es tan recomendable. El personal es muy amable. Si vas a hospedarte y no estar en el hotel, es decir, vas de vista y tienes que dormir en algún lado y dejar tus cosas lo recomiendo.

The bathroom was good, the bedroom was fine. No bells or whistles but not bad for a couple of nights. Pimilco Fresh (1 min walk) was great for breakfast!

Clean, comfortable. A little small but it’s within walking distance of everything you need. Staff was helpful telling us about parking rules. All in all worth it if you want downtown London without paying an arm and a leg

O hotel é muito bom. Limpo e aconchegante. Chegamos antes do horário de check-in e como o quarto já estava pronto, a recepção nos liberou para fazer o check-in um pouco mais cedo. A localização é boa, tem restaurantes perto. Um rua bem tranquila tanto a noite como durante o dia. O transporte público funciona muito bem então mesmo que seja um pouco “longe” dos principais pontos turísticos, dá pra se locomover bem.

The beds were terrible, the room was very small. We were in the basement.

Une jolie surprise. Même si la chambre est petite, l’emplacement est très bien…. Le ménage est fait tous les jours et les serviettes changées à chaque passage, ce que nous avons apprécié. Le petit déjeuné est très correct, nous recommandons cet hôtel

If I could give negative stars I would. Do not think about staying in this place it was the worst experience of our holiday. We stayed here in December 2025 The room was at the very top of a narrow rickety spiral stairs several flights up, which we had to carry our suit cases up. Woke up to no hot water, the front desk did not seem to care about this issue, no suggestions other than a family of 4 having cold showers in the middle of a London Winter, seriously? Don't expect much for the advertised breakfast, a few selections of cereal, 2 slices of toast filtered coffee and some juice, most of the people didn't actually get anything as they ran out of bread and yogurt. I have tried to contact the hotel on 2 occasions and they have just ignored me completely. It is seriously the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Run the other way do not stay here is my advice.

Nice room

A nice budget hotel when you need a bed on holiday in London. Close to all major sights and Victoria station. Very nice and helpful staff at reception. Nice beds. However, we stayed in a room with only one way in and out; so it was a fire trap. Additionally, the continental breakfast is a big disaster - not even the coffee machine worked. So, please, fix the above to turn the hotel into a safe and reasonable budget hotel. - of all budget hotels I have stayed in when in London, this breakfast is the lowest…

Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, freundliches Personal, tägliche Reinigung, ruhige Lage, bequeme Betten. Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr klein und es gibt kaum Möglichkeit, sein Gepäck zu verstauen (6 Kleiderbügel und ein kleines Fach in einem Doppelzimmer). Wir hatten Frühstück inkludiert (Toast, Kaffee/Tee, Säfte, Müsli, Milch, Butter, Marmelade, Nutella, Joghurts). Für unseren Aufenthalt war das Hotel ideal, da wir viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß besuchen konnten und eine gute Underground Verbindung hatten. Viele Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Umgebung. Das Hotel war sehr günstig und von daher ist das Preis Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut.
