Great central location for a reasonable price. Staff were pleasant and unintrusive. Would have liked a fridge that worked and a kettle for coffee in the morning but not a deal breaker. Would recommend if you're after no fuss but I think we'd want more facilities and space travelling as a family next time.

The bartender by the name Carla was awesome. When i asked for ice for my swollen knee she accommodated me my putting the ice in a bag both nights i was there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The guy at the front desk help me locate the bus that would take me back to the airport to my flight. The rooms are very small, they need to be bigger, the bed should be higher and need to be attached to the headboard so that it don't keep sliding around when you attempt to sit up in bed or stand up. Other than that it was good.

Fantastic place

For hotel because I’m there center of things but the room was not great no view at all and water leak on the bathroom- which they fix- felt I paired just for room but still pricey.

O lugar aos redores é passível de roubo , localização excelente, a rua do hotel é muito tranquila e de fácil acesso, próximo a praça catalunya , ótima localização

The personnel were super nice and polite, excellent service. But the bath needs some upgrades because it’s very old and unpolished.

Les murs ne sont pas beaucoup isolé contre le bruit mais l’hôtel était malgré tout tranquille et nous avons bien dormi.

We spent 4 nights at Gravina hotel and the location is amazing right by plaza catalogna wiht so ma y options for restaurants cafes shops, tourist buses.. the staff was very friendly and helpful

Hotel is very nearly 4 star and great value for the location. Modern and fresh inside with lovely historical outer walls. Lifts are small but convenient.

Camere non corrispondenti a quanto pubblicizzato ed acquistato. Dimensioni delle camere per nulla adatte ad una famiglia.

Alhoewel de kamer schoon was, voelde het niet schoon aan. Vloer plakte, badkamer was beschimmeld airconditioning blies allemaal stof uit dat op de plafond plakte. De kamers zijn gewoon verouderd. Lobby daar en tegen zag er beter uit dan de kamer. Maar voor 1 nacht om de stad te bezichtigen is dit prima te doen. De familie kamer is wel voorzien van minibar en badartikelen Dichtbij bezienswaardigheden en restaurants. Personeel was vriendelijk.
