Inizialmente avevamo ricevuto una camera un po’ fatiscente, che non rispecchiava minimamente le foto sul sito. Quindi siamo subito andati ad esporre il problema e in reception si sono dimostrati super disponibili, cambiandoci la camera in poco tempo. La camera ricevuta era molto più grande e spaziosa, completamente un’altra storia. Per il resto la posizione fantastica, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci sono ben tre metro che puoi raggiungere in 2/3min, un sacco di localini e ristoranti subito sotto l’hotel e più in generale molta attività nei dintorni. Consigliato!!

I booked a room an hour before with a picture of a double bed. When I arrived with my partner the receptionist who was very rude, barely said hello, told us she only had one room left with a twin bed. Of course that wouldn’t work for us, I asked to cancel, she mentioned she couldn’t do anything we had to contact Expedia. Expedia called her and she refused the refund. After confronting her on her lie she had the audacity to tell me she has her problems and I have mine…. OK. Disgusting, the lady should be fired. This is the worst service I’ve ever gotten in Paris.

Family of three, stayed one night for Paris marathon, good location close to Concord and start line for marathon. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. The room was modern and tastefully designed. The room was bigger than expected, we were travelling with an 18 month old and the cot was made up in the room ready for our arrival which was very welcome! Nice bathroom and accommodating with our son.

Secteur idéal et au calme des boulevards. Excellent accueil au petit déjeuner qui est sympathique mais cher pour ce qui est proposé (21€). Chambre plutôt exiguë et salle d’eau particulièrement petite. Ménage pas fait en hauteur, traces de rouille sur les bords des vitres en fer , calcaire hyper présent sur mobilier de douche et douchette. Wc collé à la vasque de la salle d’eau très peu pratique pour les grands … Mon séjour est donc mitigé… J’ai déjà bénéficié de bien mieux dans le même quartier aussi bien termes de qualité que de tarifs. Mais gros plus pour le serveur adorable du petit déjeuner !

Overall we had a very good stay the beds and rooms are comfortable and the location of the hotel is fantastic! Only thing is the walls are like paper thin and you can hear everything going on in other rooms or hallways

Great location near metro station and short walk to Place de la Concorde. Very helpful and friendly staff. Small but comfortable room but ideal for a short visit.

近隣にレストランも多く、交通の便も良いので、予算が合えばお勧めです。部屋の広さや設備に対してやや高いと感じられるかもしれません。

Sehr coole Lage! Umgeben von ÖV-Stationen und diverse Sehenswürdigkeiten in direkter Laufnähe. Die Zimmer haben alles was man braucht und die Sauberkeit ist in Ordnung. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen - Preis/Leistung ist wirklich top! Das Frühstück ist ok - ich persönlich würde bei einem weiteren Besuch in einem der unzähligen Café's oder Boulangerien frühstücken.

Good location. Simple breakfast. Good value for the money. Friendly staff. Closest Metro stations are Madeleine & Havre Caumartin. Short walk to Gallerie Lafayettes.

Arrived late Friday evening, hotel is central near metro and off main street. Unfortunately the room assigned was not as advertised ( i referrered to it as an attic/broom cupboard) and could not be swapped out as Front Desk is not 24/7 But this is where the hotel really stepped up next day, they made an arrangement for another single room and swapped me with no hassles. The lady at the front (Christelle) followed up to ensure i was happy and apologized for any inconvenience. I will be back, wonderful place with clean modern rooms
