Room was ideal, spa on rooftop was fun, location great… no bar or option to buy a glass of wine or beer in hotel which was disappointing,

Cristal was a welcome surprise. It is a 5 minute walk to the Carlton Hotel and the Mediterranean where there are plenty of restaurants and shopping. The hotel itself had a light and airy feel to it with a lovely lobby. Our room was large enough with comfortable beds and excellent lighting. Decor was light and pleasant and the view from room 303 was lovely. Highly recommend.

Le personnel est adorable. Très gentil. Très bien placé. Dommage qu’il vendent le petit déjeuner à 25€ si nous sommes passé par un site tiers pour réserver alors que nous l’aurions payé que 15€ en passant directement par eux. Ils rattrapent la commission paye au tiers comme ceci. Nous avons dû aller prendre le petit déjeuner ailleurs.

- Der Zimmerservice hat sich nicht an die Anweisung an der Zimmertür gehalten - die Kaffeekapseln werden nur 1x pro Buchung kostenlos angeboten - bei einer Neubuchung hat die Rezeption keine kostenfreie Kaffeekapseln gegeben, da es sich um eine Verlängerung handeln würde - am Ende wurde über 2€ gesprochen - der Boden des Zimmers wurde mit den Handtüchern des Bades gereinigt, auf den Boden mit den Beinen rutschend…

An excellent hotel in the heart of Cannes. The facilities and cleanliness were excellent to a high standard and the breakfast option was plentiful with the most wonderful and helpful staff on hand to assist! An excellent find!
