small and friendly hotel in a great location. Rooms was large and comfortable and there was little noise from outside despite being in the middle of the town. All staff were helpful

The hotel is in a prime location near shopping, restaurants and the beach. I had a peaceful relaxing time staying here and will be booking again in the future :)

Loved my short trip to Cannes and this spot was perfect to sit back and relax. The room was well equipped. Bathroom was spotless and if you get a balcony you’ll get a nice view of the lively atmosphere and even peak around the gallery Lafayette. I def recommend! If you are a traveler on a budget and need a nice place for good price this is it !

Ho trovato Tesa e Landot due persone squisite. Hanno risolto ogni piccolo inconveniente e consigliato per meglio. Grazie ai ragazzi abbiamo trascorso due giorni stupendi.

Comme je l’ai dit à hotels.com. Il y a eu une tentative de me déclasser dans une chambre de 8.57m carré. J’ai dû revenir au lobby avec ma resa preuve à l’appuie pour obtenir la chambre promise. Mais bon juste en face de la buanderie de l’hôtel qui a fait du bruit une bonne partie de la soirée/nuit. Voilà comment ils traitent les clients hôtels.com.

Hôtel bien situé et propre. Bon petit déjeuner. Un peu de bruit des chambres à côté. Très bon séjour.

Accueil absolument irréprochable, rarement été aussi bien accueilli. La chambre était un peu froide (rien de grave, le chauffage était à portée de main), une feuille de ménage avait été laissée dans mes draps (un peu plus gênant sur la propreté et question de secret professionnel, les noms de tous les occupants étaient visibles). Enfin, un groupe d'adolescents séjournait dans toutes les chambres autour car j'étais en fond de couloir (Portes qui claquent, discussions dans les chambres ou pire, le couloir, jusqu'à minuit 30 et reprise dès 7h). Les murs sont excessivement fins, vos discussions dans votre salle de bains sont audibles par vos voisins.

Hotel semplice ma fornito di tutto, stanze confortevoli e molto pulite. Location eccellente, centralissimo. direi un ottimo 3 stelle più spostato verso le 3,5 stelle.

Fantastiskt boende i mitten av Cannes!

Very basic - no microwave fridge or coffeemaker - but it’s clean and close to restaurants and shopping area Also it’s only a 2-3 min walk to the train station You have to use the stairs to get to the bottom floor No elevator . So if you can’t walk at least a flight of stairs , go somewhere else

Great staf and hotel!

Hôtel parfait en centre ville , personnel très accueillant, zone piétonne, Rue hoche avec restaurants proches, proche tout commerce.

Unfortunately had quite a terrible experience with this hotel. We paid for a superior room that should have been spacious with a queen bed. Instead we were given a tiny standard room with a bed barely bigger than a single, and dubious cleanliness. Upon getting the room, we immediately asked the receptionist if this was in fact the room we paid for, and were told that we had been downgraded because a technical issue caused our superior room to be double booked. The manager to whom we escalated the situation was apathetic, and categorically refused to compensate us for the difference between the superior room we booked, and the standard room we were given. He claimed they gave us a comparable room (this could not be more false, the bed couldn’t fit two pillows side by side). We subsequently proposed being refunded for the entire stay, and we would find other accommodations, this was also refused. In short, we were stuck with the small room they downgraded us to, which I would never have booked. The receptionist did her best, but was limited by her manager. Overall, very disappointed with our stay, and I would strongly advise against paying more for a superior room in this hotel. Quite unfortunate as the location is great.

The bed and the shower pressure was the only good thing. The carpet was gross,the drain in the shower backed up and had a fluid in the bathroom ever time we used shower, had to ask for toilet paper a couple of times they had 1 and a half small rolls for 5 days.the onlytime the air conditioner worked was when the card was in the power box so when we left had to bring card with us so when we would get back the room was hot,This place should never be on expedia It really sucked never should have a 3 stars could not wait to leave

Chambre récupéré avec 3/4h de retard mais par contre j'ai payé 40€ un départ tardif (le plus cher jamais payé !) c'est inadmissible ! La chambre est rustique avec une moquette immonde ! Pas d'insonorisation ! Seul point positif .. L'accueil, extrêmement serviable !
