Hôtel très bien placé pour visiter sans transport si on aime marcher. Personnel très accueillant et chaleureux lors de notre arrivée en pleine nuit. Chambre propre, agréable et calme. Quelques petits rafraîchissements seraient les bienvenus.

The staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay, recommending places to eat and visit. The property is close to all the popular areas in Nice, easily walkable and felt safe. Very good value for the money it cost and I would recommend it for a cost effective stay in Nice.

En arrivant devant l’hôtel déçu en apparence mais on a changer d’avis car le personnel très gentil et agréable lit très comfortable près de la vieille ville de Nice seul inconvénient parking juste 3 places devant l’hôtel mais petit déjeuner un des meilleurs depuis longtemps beaucoup de choix

This is a great little hotel in a very convenient location, on a tram line that runs direct to the main railway station. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. They gave me excellent advice about what to see and where to eat. Great ambience, walkable to the port and the old city, and very comfortable.

L’accueil de Cantin pour nous expliquer les lieux à voir à Nice a été hors de l’ordinaire: Il à la patience de bien expliquer. L’endroit est bien situé pres Gare Vauban et Riquier

Great location walkable to train/bus and beach. Staff was super friendly and so helpful made our stay very enjoyable. Highly recomend.

Good place for the price. The AC could be cooler, but that appears to be a general Europe problem
