The hotel staff were incredibly kind and provided excellent service. The view from the window was fantastic, with a beautiful panorama of the sea. Housekeeping was also done very thoroughly each time, and the room was always kept spotless.

Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war durchweg sehr nett und hilfsbereit, man hat sich direkt willkommen gefühlt. Die Lage ist wirklich super und ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der Fahrradverleih im Haus – sehr praktisch und top organisiert. Auch die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung lassen nichts zu wünschen übrig, hier gibt es absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Das Frühstück bietet eine solide Auswahl, geschmacklich war es für ein Hotel in dieser Größe in Ordnung. Insgesamt aber ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist hervorragend

Leider war das Hotel geschlossen als wir ankamen. Wir haben vorab keinerlei Infos über die Schließung erhalten. Am Zaun vor dem Hotel stand ein Schild, das alle Gäste des Gran Fiesta in den HM Ayron Park umgebucht wurden sind. Dieses liegt am „Ballermann“ 3.

Bra rom, utsikt og mat. Skuffende at det står underholdning fra torsdag til søndag, når det ikke er. Det er heller ikke de behandlinge de tilbyr, men kan tilby noen om de ringer dagen før og vedkommende kan komme til hotellet.

This was our 3 rd time staying in the grand fiesta. As all ways the staff were cheerful polite and attentive. The rooms were serviced every day to à good standard. Stunning views from yhe rooftop bar.

Top Lage, ruhig und doch im Leben. Palma ist mit dem Bus super zu erreichen.

Sauberes Zimmer mit tollem Meerblick ( Meerblick war gebucht) Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal das auch deutsch gesprochen hat. Tolle Pools und klasse Strandbar mit echt leckerem Aperol. Getränkepreise etwas hoch. Essensauswahl und Qualität ( Abendessen ) hat deutlich Luft nach oben.
