Accueil au top et pendant tout le séjour. Chambre propre et très bien placée. Attention, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur et les chambres sont au 2 et 3 ème étage.

There is no elevator for this property. This was not an issue for us, and the gentleman who checked us in carried our bags up the stairs without being asked. The location is excellent for visiting the old part of the city.

Petit hôtel bien placé ds une rue calme de Bordeaux. Parking à proximité. Petite chambre minuscule salle2 bain et wc mais confortable. Bonne wifi

Hotel is in a great location, the only downfall was the strange layout of the bathroom, which required us to step up into a bathroom. I think it might have to do with some plumbing reconfiguration, but we had to be extremely mindful to not slip or fall down the stairs as the toilet was right on the edge. Location was great with lots of good hotels.

Very friendly and helpful . Steps upto bedrooms may not be negotiable for everyone .

No lift and no air conditioning, fan was broken. It was listed as a 4 star but more like a 2. Shower was not a shower but a hand held with no place to hang it that did not drown the bathroom. Room and bathroom were extremely tiny.

Great location and comfortable rooms, albeit not large. Loads of great restaurants and bars nearby

Great location, comfy bed but no air con and dangerous piece of wood in between bedroom & bathroom.

Conforme aux attentes. Bien situé au centre ville. Malheureusement vie nocturne bruyante dans les rues adjacentes.

Room is small but was perfect for me. Clean, good shower and good location. I was helped with my luggage during check in

Localização excelente, fizemos tudo a pé. Atendimento excelente e simpático. Unico inconveniente foi ficar no terceiro andar, sem elevador. Apesar disso, na chegada e saída foi oferecido ajuda com as malas. Recomendo!!

L’hôtel est bien placé en centre ville. L’accueil était bon. Pas d’ascenseur, pour une chambre au 3ème étage. La qualité du matelas : catastrophique, pas bien dormi.

Hotel très bien situé , chambre conforme à la catégorie de l'hotel,salle de bains petite ! par contre pas d'insonorisation !!, c'est comme si l'on était dans la chambre d' à coté ...

Personnel sympathique et hôtel très bien placé Chambre Twin très petite avec salle de bain minuscule qui mériterait un rafraîchissement Parking payant à moins de 5 minutes
