No habia agua caliente cuando hemos llegado. He pedido dos camas separadas y teníamos una cama "Queen"! Las habitaciones son muy pequenos y muy ruidosos! Se escuchan los vecinos hablando, las puertas cierran con un grande "Bang". El desayuno era ridiculo. Es un hotel de tres estrellas y no de cuatro... Nunca mas!

Just across the beach - good beach towels provided by the hotel, walking distance from restaurants, ocean walk, les Halles. Great breakfast buffet included. Junior suite was great for us and 2 teenage daughters.

Clean room - comfortable - and fabulous location- right by the beach . There was a problem with the aircon but the hotel gave us a fan and were great about trying to make up for it with a dinner - they provided us with beach towels and !! Had a great breakfast too!

Noisy from 8 am - vacuuming ?

Loved our night here! Our hotel was beautiful and in such a perfect location. We walked all over the town and were so close to the beach. The breakfast was delicious! They had everything you would want. Would definitely stay here again!

Hôtel bien placé - Ascenseur trop petit - Chambre totalement banale pour un 4 étoiles et même pas de thé !😱 - Petit déjeuner extra avec de bons produits - l'avantage on est au centre et à côté de la plage et du casino -

It’s a beautiful city and the Windsor was great location. Smaller but we liked it.

The location is great. The staff is very helpful. Room are somewhat basic for a 4 stars hotel and the rate. There is no parking on site. The Room needs more special attentions like body lotion, conditioner, and other sundries.

The staff was so kind, they gave us a short tour and explained how everything worked.

Clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh and tasty. Parking 2 mins walk away.

Hôtel ideally situated , central and close to beach. Very welcoming reception and great breakfast. We opted for the most economical accommodation and weren’t expecting any view but what was a shame was it was noisy. We were above a service entrance and were woken early by deliveries. Lot of water pipe noise from rooms above as well during the night.

Petit quiproquo à notre arrivée (un souci familial nous a contraint d’arriver 24 heures plus tard, notre chambre était relouée) le personnel a mis un point d’honneur à régler la Situation malgré ma mauvaise humeur à l’arrivée. Nous sommes repartis 3 jours plus tard très satisfaits. Emplacement idéal, d’une propreté exceptionnelle, personnel très agréable, une mention spéciale à la jeune fille qui nous a servi au restaurant « chez Eugénie », sa joie de vivre à effacer le point négatif de notre arrivée à l’hôtel. .
