Great location but don’t drive here as v difficult to find although very near cathedral and great for evenings. Staff great and hotel v clean .. does what it says ..

Overall, we had an excellent stay - great location and really helpful staff. Tea/coffee in the room and a slightly comfier bed would have made it perfect!

O hotel é muito bem localizado. O quarto é bem grande, com muitos armários e bem confortável. O banheiro era enorme. O atendimento era bom. Gostamos de tudo!

The hotel staff were all helpful and the room was clean. We loved the neighborhood. The room, however, had a few annoying points. First, the lights in the hallway automatically turned off and left us in the complete darkness while we were struggling to lock the door with an old-fashioned key. Second, we each had only a blanket on the bed, so it was too cold for me to sleep without my wool sweater and socks under my pajamas and my friend caught a cold. The air-conditioner did work but was loud enough to bother our sleep. To conclude, I'd recommend future guests to bring warm thick underwears and a flashlight.

Location was amazing. In the middle between historic sites, restaurants, shopping, and at the same time quiet hotel where you don’t hear outside noises. Roberto, in the front desk was the most courteous and helpful person. Always willing to help you as much as he could.

Idéalement situé en plein cœur de la vieille ville mais sur une rue très calme. Aucun bruit le soir même si nous sommes au premier étage. Le petit train touristique passe au coin de la rue et la place Bibrambla, à proximité, est constituée de restos avec des boutiques et des souks tout autour. C’est l’hôtel parfait !

Hotel sem luxo, mas com habitação muito confortável. A falha fica por não ter um frigobar é um cofre no quarto. Em compensação tem uma excelente localização, aliado a um preço muito bom. Ou seja, um custo x benefício perfeito

Great service from Fernando and Miguel in the Front Desk. Something we didn't like is not having towels available when we checked in our room.
