Absolutely enjoyed all of it, only downside for me no yea or coffee facilities in bedroom, even though our breakfast was included. I wake up early & first thing for me is a lovely cup of tea. Had to wait till we went down for breakfast 😊

Our stay at the H10 Vintage in Salou was pleasant, the hotel and rooms had a really nice modern look to it and it’s located in a perfect area to be able to walk down to the beach front and explore Salou. However, we found the staff to be quite rude at times, and felt as if we were being looked down upon, and spoken to as if we were stupid. Our bed sheets were only changed once during our entire week stay. The buffet restaurant was great, with lots of fresh and healthy options, and a wide variety of options to choose from. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar especially, where there were always plenty of beds, and had a really nice and relaxed vibe.

Very clean and comfortable hotel, the only disappointment was the location of the room which was very close to a busy road, I did ask to be moved but the receptionist wasn't very interested at all! Pool is a nice temperature and size. We were half board and enjoyed every meal we had there. Plenty of choice and all food well cooked, tasty and fresh. Loved the fact it was an Adult only hotel. H10 are generally a very high standard.

Good stay and very good location. The rooms are very small and the entire hotel could do with an update as some areas are very tired/run down (for example one of the toilets for the ladies in reception doesn’t have a toilet seat - a basic requirement for a 4* hotel I think)! The rooftop swimming pool is really nice and the evening entertainment is very good too. Overall a good stay, I would probably try other properties if I were to go back as for the price and hotel rating, it was average.

. Staff were friendly. Nice breakfast with plenty choice. Pool atea nice & clean, with roof top pool too. Drinks were reasonably priced. Entertainment was good most nights. Good location to restaurants & bars.

Lovely holiday. Food excellent. Always a sunbed when we were there in middle of July. Hope to return sometime.

Room service is definitely Vintage! They can’t clean properly.

Todo muy limpio, el personal muy amable y la comida de muy buena calidad. Si volvemos a Salou seguramente nos volveríamos a alojar en este hotel.

Friendly staff, lovely large comfortable lounge area. Came for a few days to visit Port Aventura, a 15/20 min walk to park. Rooms basic, but clean, bed good if you like a firm mattress, my husband does, terrible if you don’t, I don’t!

The hotel is clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was very clean and the balcony spacious with a great view of the pool. The restaurant was impeccable with an excellent choice of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bar service was very good but not many staff to take order and bring drinks. The payment system for drinks and other items was poor. Cash or card payment had to be pre-loaded onto a band which also worked as a key card for the room. We would prefer to give card details then settle bill at the end. €10 deposit per towel had to be given. This is understandable but the system was awkward. Go to reception and pay €10 for a ticket then take ticket to towel man. Exchange towel for ticket to return to reception. Poor system.

Todo muy bien a excepción de las colas para todo. Para el check in tardamos 1h de reloj. Y para las entradas a comedor también había que esperar. Había mesas, pero el personal no daba a basto para limpiarlas. Personal EXCELENTE, eso sí.

Plus points: friendly staff, good and varied buffets, evening shows, soft prices for drinks. Only downside: noisy rooms (both towards other rooms, the corridor and the outside).
