Attractive, boutique hotel right on the bay side in Arcachon with comfortable rooms close to everything. Ideal location put us with easy access to rent a bike or stroll the boardwalk or catch the ferry to Cap Ferret. All the restaurants are there and the town is just behind. The staff could not be nicer! Everyone charming and helpful. Two tips for your visit: make sure to reserve a parking spot with the hotel before your visit! They have limited spots. Also, the breakfast was a beautiful display and offered many items, but the price seemed a little high- maybe check on pricing before you take that every day. Enjoy this welcoming hotel!

Excellente séjour à Arcachon. L'hôtel est situé à coté de la belle plage. La chambre est très confortable et très propre. Le personnel est très accueillant et le service et impeccable ( exemple : fontaine d'eau à l'étage, disposition de linge et parasol pour la plage ). A recommander !!

Veldig glad i valgte dette hotellet. Kom først tre timer før innsjekk, men fikk rommet vårt med en gang. De ansatte på hotellet var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Enestående med frokost servert på rommet, kunne bestemme på forhånd hva vi ville ha, og ringe om vi ville ha mer. Vi valgte rom med delvis havutsikt, uteplassen var fin og lun. Tok frokosten på uteplassen hver dag. Vi var i Arcachon under en hetebølge, og fikk låne både håndklær og parasoller gratis til stranden. Perfekt lokasjon på stranden, og anbefaler å ta båten fra pieren ut til Cap Ferret! ☺️

Excellent hotel next to seafront. Only minor point is that balcony was shared with other rooms so I was wary of leaving the door open at night.

Hébergement très bien situé sur la plage! Service très soigné et personnalisé. Le personnel de l’accueil et du petit déjeuner font tout pour nous satisfaire et nous aider. Chambre familiale très pratique et agréable avec le coin enfant fermé par un rideau. Chambre et salle de bain propre et bon état, avec terrasse très agréable. Un sans faute pour cet hôtel à taille humaine ! Nous reviendrons, encore merci !

Good location

Absolutely perfect location and great hotel. I recommend the seaside room. It was a wonderful view (right on the water!) and a great place to have breakfast. Definitely get the breakfast and they will help you bring it to your room and set you up at your outside table - AMAZING! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Seriously, everyone was super helpful. Absolutely recommend this hotel!

The hotel is central to everything and lots of restaurants within minutes of the hotel. Used the secured parking was good only 1m80 head height Breakfast was expensive if you only wanted fruit juice, tea and a round of toast' would use the hotel again if in Arcachon

Excellent service with all the staff. Fresh orange juice and croissant etc for “petit dejeuner”. Great ocean view and location. I highly recommend this hotel without any hesitation.

We were upgraded to a room with the ocean view. The staff here gives excellent service. We extended our stay because of how wonderful our entire experience here.
