L’hotel molto carino, persanale disponibile. All’inizio non sembra promettente, soprattutto i corridoi per arrivare alle camere invece sono molto carine all’interno. Ottimo soggiorno.

Struttura un po' fuori dalla bolgia... ma a 10 minuti a piedi da oceano..supermercati Personale sempre amichevole e sorridente ottima colazione buffet... La seconda volta che vado a tenerife la seconda volta in questo hotel CONSIGLIATO!

Fin de semana: servicios en comedor muy bien. En piscinas también. Sólo nos faltó que ya que es Pet Friendly y pagamos por ello pongan una cama ( en otro hotel de Tenerife sí la teníamos).Variedad en alimentación .

Room was only cleaned 3/7 days we were there, floor was filthy when we got there, clearly wasn’t mopped before our arrival. shower would not hold temperature and had really bad water pressure

I liked my room and location of my room as well, but my friends who stayed with me in their rooms was struggling more, because theire Ac wasn't working all 7 days and every morning at 8 am there was construction works start working. But my experience was good overall

Prachtig hotel, geweldige sfeer. Het personeel: nog nooit zulke vriendelijke mensen gezien! Plezier in hun werk, stuk voor stuk. De gangen zijn aan een opknapbeurtje toe. De kamers: prachtig! Goede bedden, 1 minpunt: de liften. Een drama. Er is 1 in gebruik en dan zitten de schoonmakers er ook nog vaak in met hun kar

Struttura moderna di grandi dimensioni, nonostante il gran numero di ospiti il servizio è stato sempre impeccabile. Colazione di livello, camere pulite e ottimamente accessoriate. Se vi piace Las America il posto è perfetto.

Decent hotel, little bit further from main strip than led to believe. Elevators were slow and not reliable

Room was refurbished and clean. Airco was not functioning. Breakfast wide choice but average to poor quality. VIP offer was not available although booked VIP

Personal atento, habitacion amplia y cómoda. A destacar los canales de tv ordenados (cosa rara). La única pega es que debia haber una botella de vino con mi tarifa y no estaba.

Excellent hotel, really nice pool area and well monitored by the guards. Comfy sun beds and plenty of them. Had breakfast there and it was really nice with lots of choice and a great egg bar. Good area for exploring los Cristianos, las americas and adeje if like us, you enjoy a stroll.

When we arrived the room allocated was extremely poor. Broken tiles on the bathroom floor brown grout. Bathroom was disgusting. Staff were brilliant and moved us into a premium room wirh sea view.Breakfast was very good plenty choice. Stay away from a standard room.

Too few staff members and computers at the reception during check-in. We had to wait a very long time before we were checked into the hotel. The hotel is clean but very worn out. It is in great need of repairs and a complete renovation.

Problema all’ arrivo, risolto prontamente dal portiere di notte. Pulizia da migliorare, colazione e cena varia e e per tutte le esigenze, camera spaziosa e con vista panoramica.

Reception staff were nice and approachable. The room was a refurbished room and good for a couple. Going on to the bad stuff. We had a headset stolen from our room, The room was not serviced for the entire stay we had to keep asking for fresh towels and not always getting them. The key to enter the room kept playing up having to go to reception at 1am to reactivate the Card

Siisti hotelli lämmitetyllä uima-altaalla.Tosin aurinkotuolit varattiin heti pyyhkeillä vaikka niitä ei käytetty??? 9 kerroksen huoneesta upea näköala joka suuntaan ja todella rauhallinen huone. Aamiainen monipuolinen varmasti jokaiseen makuun.

El hotel nos gustó mucho, fuimos con nuestro perrito y hasta nos dejaron una cama y unos cuencos! Desayuno increíble, una piscina en el techo desde donde ver el atardecer! Algún problema con la limpieza. El verdadero punto fuerte fue Angie, la recepcionista que nos ayudó en todo, siempre con una sonrisa!
