Superbe, très belle hôtel, au centre, mais le ménage n’est pas fait dans les chambre, sachant que on rentre de la plage plein de sable, nous avons pas de balai à disposition, Les lit du drap ne sont pas changer durant toute la semaine je trouve aussi un peu moyen … J’ai remarquer ça car j’avais fait une mini tache de maquillage et pendant 1 semaine elle n’a pas bougé. Sinon le reste parfait

The hotel is always beautifully air conditioned and smelled fresh. It is clean and modern and the staff very helpful. It is ideally located for exploring both the old town and the beach front and promenade. It is a short distance away from the bus station in Benidorm when travelling from Alicante airport. Although our room was lovely, the only major flaw was that it had an adjoining door to the next room which had no soundproofing. This was the only room on the floor that had this feature which is great for larger families wanting ease of access to sharing rooms and space but not when sharing with strangers. The family next door had a young child and we could hear everything from screaming and crying to loud shouting and singing. Despite this, the hotel did offer to re-room us but given our stay was short we didn't take them up on this. It was appreciated that they would try to accommodate us in another like for like room in the circumstances.

Helt greit hotell med i nærheten av sentrum og strand. Standarden på rommene var helt ok, men veldig harde senger. Litt underlig at de ikke var villig til å fylle på ekstra kaffe/teposer under vårt opphold på en uke. I tillegg mangler såpe i dispenserne på badet. Ellers var alt greit.

Ya es la cuarta vez que voy a este hotel. Destacar el buffet, es impresionante, de los mejores. Las camas son cómodas. Las tiendas y el centro turístico muy cerca. MC Donalds, KFC, Don Pollo, ... muy cerca tb. Aspectos a mejorar: las habitaciones familiares no tienen terraza. Los baños no tienen extractor. Los aparatos de aire acondicionado tienen los filtros llenísimo de pelusa, con lo cual el rendimiento se ve afectado y hace mucho ruido. Y por último, la piscina por las tardes tiene sombra.

Handy for old town.

The hotel is quiet old, very hard pillows, cold water on tap runs worm! Breakfast restaurant opens late, in the bar live football, and live music at some time,

The hotel is a bit old which makes it a bit noisy at night( doors closing, elevato,...). The staff is very friendly and nice.

Tan solo ha sido una noche pero la verdad que todo un acierto. La ubicación es muy céntrica a pocos minutos andando de todos los sitios interesantes. La atención en recepción super amables, de diez. El desayuno, buen producto y bastante variedad.

Arrived with group off 11 people at midnight. Check in was very quick and an excellent friendly service

Lo mejor del hotel es el personal que es muy amable y agradable, tanto en recepción como en el restaurante. El buffet es flojo, también el hotel en general para tener 4*
