Super clean and the staff very friendly.

This is a hotel, but the villas on the property each includes a car garage. Pretty cool. The villa is 2-story. It is very roomy and well appointed. Breakfast was excellent. They also provide free van transport and return into the city center, although the service times are a bit limited.

Globalement, très bon établissement, la qualité des prestations, de la restauration... le service de navette pour aller au centre ville.

The hotel is very well located in a beautiful area in a top of a mountain!! Front desk staff were not too friendly and didn’t meet our expectations. Food and beverages and housekeeping staff were great!

The hotel itself was fine, we just had a poor experience. We stayed for one night as a stopover before an early morning flight but booked here based on it having a pool so we were really disappointed to find the whole outdoor area wasn’t open for the season yet. This also meant the hotel was still in ‘winter mode’ and the air conditioning wasn’t available in the rooms despite it being almost 30 degrees. This made the room unbearable at night. We booked a room for one adult and two teenagers and were given a room with two small double beds which added to the uncomfortable nights sleep. We had an early alarm call for our flight on very little sleep as a result.

O Hotel é lindo, simplesmente formidável. O check in foi super fácil e rápido, os quartos estavam limpos e com uma vista de tirar o fôlego. Tudo muito limpo. O café da manhã é excelente e os funcionários da cozinha também. Tem transfer para o centro de Santiago (tem que agendar). O Hotel é repleto de artes e tem um piano de cauda belíssimo, embora tenha um aviso que o hóspede não pode tocar, pedi autorização para que meu filho que toca divinamente pudesse tocar um pouco e eles autorizaram. Duas coisas importantes a serem ditas: O ar condicionado não funciona nessa época e tivemos bastante calor a noite, foi preciso abrir as janelas do apto para entrar ar fresco e a piscina a esta altura também está fechada (só abrem a partir de Junho). Há também uma linda capelinha mas estava fechada, não consegui ver dentro. Os jardins são divinos, realmente só o hotel é uma rica experiência. Por fim, esqueci um objeto no hotel de alto valor emocional e eles me ligaram para avisar e guardaram para que eu pegue no próximo mês quando retornar a Santiago. De todos os hotéis que vi em Santiago, sem dúvidas esse é o mais completo! Um pequeno detalhe: aceitem pet! Senti muita falta de não poder levar meu cão e quando vi toda a área que o hotel tem imaginei o quão feliz ele também ficaria passeando por lá!

This hotel is impressive and the Villas are fantastic!

I really liked this hotel. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. The entire hotel was clean and in good shape. Nice/friendly front desk staff. And I really enjoyed the breakfast; fairly good variety and all the food choices were very fresh. They have a shuttle that’ll take you to downtown but I believe it’s unavailable from 1-5pm so just plan accordingly. Watch out for the bathtub, I found the bottom of it to be very slippery

La habitación familiar no puede albergar una familia dado que el sofá cama no cumple con la condición mínima de ser plana. Imposible dormir en algo cuya forma es concava y para lo que el personal no dió solución alguna ni mostro siquiera interes en resolver

Bed confortable. Bathroom ok a little slippery for me, Transportation was fine.
