The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is in a stunning location, fight next to the Cathederal. They have their own garage, but there's no direct access to the hotel from there. However it is very close by. Buffet breakfast was very good. Some of the hotel rooms are a little dated, but they're clean and have all you need.

PRO: The location is just next to the cathedral. CONS: The lady at front desk (Carmen) was very dismissive and not courteous at all. NO PARKING unless you reserve it in advanced, and it seems that they only have a few spaces nearby. Impossible to reserve in advance if they never pick up the phone. We chose this hotel for the parking convenience paying more for the room than other hotels in the area without parking. We were surprised that at check in they were offering rooms on the website 30 euros cheaper of what we paid per night. The room was very clean but the emergency light inside the room turned on every 20-30 minutes for aprox 5 minutes, we informed the front desk in the afternoon (they were going to take care of it ). We came back late at night and we could not sleep with that light on and off. If you call the front desk they will not answer, you have to try calling at least 5 times for them to pick up the phone. I Wish they could have a better customer service.

Everything was great. Right in the middle of the old town, clean and comfortable room, nice staff.

Lovely charming and helpful staff at reception. We skipped breakfast but we liked the fact you could choose right up to the morning at same price. Gorgeous smell when you enter the lobby, and v welcoming. Great location and also unexpectedly quiet, right beside the cathedral. Great to have underground parking choice. We will definitely return as Burgos was super. Would love to see tea & coffee making facilities in the rooms.

Localização incrível! Hotel vale o custo-beneficio principalmente por conta da localização em frente à catedral. Apesar de limpo, o quarto precisa de uma renovação. Café da manhã okay.

El hotel es muy bonito, céntrico, desayuno bien surtido y rico, personal a la salida amable, lo único que a la hora de registrarnos la sra de recepción me solicito salir a la calle porque cerraría el hotel por unos minutos y no podía dejarme sola en recepción, fue bastante desagradable para mi y para la gente que quería entrar al hotel o salir, aclaro que la sra no se aparto ni 10 m de la puerta que era de vidrio pero me dijo que si por querían robarle! cerraba!! bastante desagradable!!!

Issue with the ventilation system was resolved by the online manager with a change of room. It was not acknowledged though on our checkout and there was

It’s forest was the position. Right on the plaza of the cathedral. Room 201 has a superb view. Windows difficult being a v old building.

Hotel is cozy, good breakfast. Beautiful views of the cathedral. Staff was helpful. Wish the rooms were bigger for families but we made it work and the staff helped us be comfortable.

Good location on the Camino, but the staff at reception were unhelpful and unpleasant . Tip for anyone walking the Camino and arriving around 3.00pm - this is shift change time so extremely difficult to get checked in.

Need to improve the hotels wifi

The hotel is perfectly located in front of the cathedral. Views are remarkable. The hotel has 2 buildings, the one where the reception is located can't be reached by someone with disabilities, no ramp, no lift, nothing. The 2nd building is accessible. Breakfast is served on the non-accessible building, no room service is provided. The restaurant is permanently closed. The garage has two electric doors, opened by the receptionist reached by an intercom. The problem with this method is that when you try to exit you literally have to search everywhere to find the buttons that opens the doors (independently) because it is poorly signposted. We found a group of tourists literally trapped between the two doors not knowing how to exit. When we checked-in the receptionist was very courteous but was apparently overwhelmed by gests and phone calls because it took us more than 30 minutes to get our keys. The room was spacious, well kept, decorated accordingly and clean.

Lovely hotel. Great location. Oddly the "free" coffee was free one day and then 15 Euros the next. Lots and lots and lots of stairs.
