Un hôtel agréable à proximité du palais. Restaurant très correct. Pensez à réserver si vous souhaitez dîner, la salle est assez petite. Literie un peu molle pour ceux qui souffriraient du dos.

Comfortabel verblijf voor activiteiten in wn rondom Apeldoorn.

Prima kamers, wel wat gehorig. Uitstekend personeel en ook het ontbijt was goed.

The hotel was situated on the edge of Apeldorm in walking distance to Het Loo palace. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were amazing. The staff were very kind and helpful. The environment was quiet and calm. Please note to have your room cleaned you have to scan a bar code and request it. The swimming pool was still under renovation. There is a little bus outside the hotel which takes you to the central train station and there was ample car parking.

Gorgeous little hotel

The Hotel has introduced the self-check-in Terminal: Scan the QR Code, fill some details and receive your room key out of the machine, after you have paid for the tax and SERVICE CHARGE. This is outrageous: why should I pay €7,50 extra for self-service. It’s like a waiter who expects a tip when you order take-away food at a counter. I was so disappointed about this change from High level hotel to a Stay-OK hostel, but still charging full price. BTW, when I asked one of the staff members about this non-service charge, he didn’t know a decent answer and responded: “it’s for the pollution”??????????

Everything was excellent! The staff gave us a warm welcome and we appreciated they had prepared our room key and documents in advance. Beautiful hotel and amazing dining. Quiet room and convenient parking. Nice location next to the royal palace, can walk the gardens.

5 minuten lopen voor paleis het Loo, prima ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel en onze suite was echt keurig. Alleen de leidingen hoor je goed, dus als je buren douchen etc. Maar het is een wat ouder pand, nemen we voor lief. Verder zeker een 8 a 9 waard

We are always disappointed when there are no rooms available in this hotel: it is our favourite location when we stay in Apeldoorn. Even when you stay for one night only without using additional services, the staff is super friendly and supportive.
