Fint hotell i gåavstand fra Stephansplatz. Veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende betjening.

Was good

The best part of this property was how kind the staff was. Everyone went out of their way to greet you and to assist you. One major thing that made the experience uncomfortable was how thin the walls are. Do not book this place if you want to actually sleep. You can hear everything in the rooms next to you. The building must be old and it can be pretty noisy at times. Some guests were up all night so we were as well. That is my only complaint.

I booked a room for three people, it had a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed, the room had enough space for us. Nice and comfortable hotel, great location close to the city center and near the train station. The staff were excellent and helpful. Room was clean and in good condition, good Wi fi and breakfast buffet was varied and tasty.

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel, es war sehr sauber, leider ist die Einrichtung veraltet. Service sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbüffet abwechselnd und lecker.

great breakfast, clean and very comfortable accommodations, great staff, and great not to be in the Inner Stadt (as nice as it is) but to be in a neighborhood in which many Viennese live and work. It gave me a richer sense of the city.

It was a pleasure to stay in the centrally located hotel. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was good value and the staff very helpful and welcoming.

Ottima posizione: molto vicino al centro, raggiungibile a piedi, ed a pochi minuti dalla fermata della metro. Buona colazione a buffet. Camera pulita. Personale gentile.

I had a really good stay at the Hotel City Central. The location was just across the canal from the City Center, near the public transportation, my Hop ON Hop Off stop, & next the super market. The staff was excellent. Mr. Thomas who worked the front desk in the late afternoon/evening was great and very helpful. Mr. Rhinegald who worked in the morning was also very good & helpful. The breakfasts were also excellent. The only complaint I have is that you could hear the people talking in the neighboring rooms talking. I'm light sleeper and that was a bit of a problem. But overall, I really liked the hotel a great deal.

Hotel algo alejado del centro de la ciudad (pero no mucho, caminando se hace en 5 minutos y es muy práctico para ver diferentes sitios mientras vas al centro) pero muy cerca de una parada de metro que nos conectaba con todo. El personal de recepción, algo seco y directo, no se esfuerzan mucho por explicarse si no controlas mucho el inglés. El hotel necesita un buena reforma, las habitaciones y el mobiliario son de los años 90 y las puertas aún van con llave normal y el baño es como de otra época. La limpieza era buena y correcta. El desayuno bastante bien, bien surtido de productos para desayuno continental y sin aglomeraciones en la mañana de personas. Te dan un cupón de una bebida de cortesía cuando llegas que puedes disfrutar en cualquier momento.

Wonderful stay! The room was quite small but we really appreciated having AC. Breakfast was delicious!

The staff were very pleasant and patient when I raised an issue about a safe that did not work. I got a much better room with a safe that did work and I was very happy throughout my stay. The breakfast was excellent and the cleaning staff were very good, as were the front desk. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Vienna. Ideally situated for access to transport, restaurants and local sites of interest.
