Staff was super friendly and helpful. They offered tips on local attractions and restaurants. Very classic building. A/C worked fine in +90 degree F temps. Huge breakfast choices.

Magical room! Very accommodating personal. I asked for an extra night and they went out of there way to solve this.

Fantastiskt mysigt hotell med precis rätt Wien känsla. Personalen var väldigt vänliga och hjälpsamma. Läget är bästa tänkbara om man vi ha nära till allt. Väldigt välgjord och god frukost. Sköna sängar.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff very pleasent, and accomodating. 5 stars to both. The only issue: In the order to have airconditiing on , the AC water pump has to be on, which has been very noisy. So, in the order to sleep, AC has to be off (otherwise too much noice from AC pump) , and in the summer time gets hot. Cannot open window - which is facing street - due to street noice.

Ett riktigt gammalt lyxhotell som var väl underhållet och a c var ett stort + då det var över 30 grader. Mycket trevligt med trevlig personal som låg mycket centralt

La amplitud de la habitación y el servicio muy amables

The best location in Wien. The room was very spacious with lots of storage. Shower was large with lots of options and great pressure. Would have liked a larger in room safe, which was undersized versus the typical. It could not store a small laptop.

Lo primero es la ubicación, excelente. El hotel es muy bonito, el personal amable, la habitación cómoda y limpia. Me parece excelente opción para conocer Viena. La relación calidad precio es muy conveniente en esta época. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

Es war insgesamt alles sehr positiv. Uns hat das Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Die zentrale aber trotzdem ruhige Lage war beeindruckend. Wenn wieder ein Wienbesuch geplant wird, dann nur in dieses Hotel. Es gibt keinen Kritikpunkt.

工事中だと言って半額返金されてびっくりです。全く気にならない程度でした。フロントの方も親切でした。ホテルの送迎を使って正解でした。荷物を持っての移動は多少高くてもホテルの送迎を選ぶのがベストです。全てに於いて満足です。

Nice Hotel with a superb location in the absolute center of Vienna. Good, well kept room. Breakfast not as good as it was some years ago. Yesterday’s bread for breakfast is not ok!
