Uncrowded, smallish and quiet (we requested a back room) traditional Viennese styled and furnished hotel with modern amenities and attentive and very helpful Staff away just steps away from St. Stephens Square and the Underground, tram stops and many/shops/restaurants. Excellent breakfast buffet, a large, quiet and beautifully furnished off-lobby lounge area and, in our room, an unusually large and well-equipped bathroom. Some of the corridor carpets show wear, and if that detail would trouble you, then look for a modern styled non-traditional hotel.

Super beliggenhed- kan ikke ligge meget bedre. God morgenmad med pænt stort udvalg. God seng men forfærdelige hovedpuder. Og meget varmt værelse trods aircon kørte konstant på laveste grader. - det kunne godt være langt bedre. Ellers er det er rigtig dejligt hotel- dyrt men godt og perfekt beliggenhed

Impossible to beat central location in the heart of the Innere Stadt. Wonderful rooms, good standard and the attitude and overall behaviour of the staff was exemplary. The matrass is always an individual thing, for us it was too soft and same for the pillows. But besides this subjective point all objectives are very much perfect.

Fantastic. cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff the environment the location. Do not understand why ist is not labelled a five star hotel!

Loved this Hotel. It’s centrally located, the staff is friendly, helpful and very welcoming. The rooms are clean as well as the bathrooms. The morning breakfast is excellent.

The staff and location of this hotel are highlights. Everything is close by and walkable. I highly recommend this hotel!

The bed was very small. Like a couch

The location was fantastic- just off the Stephansplatz and near the U-bahn. Close to the Opera. The price was good for the location. Breakfast was good to very good. The room was nice. It had a very slight musty odor but was clean.

Amazing experience. It was everything I wanted for the trip and some more. The location couldn’t be better. The hotel is so pretty and clean. I will definitely go there again and again.

felt fortunate that we chose this hotel for my young daughter’s first visit to Vienna and would recommend it (and have already done so) to anyone planning to visit Vienna. It’s minutes away by foot to all the major landmarks and hidden gems of ancient Vienna city center but located along a street of local boutiques not bothered by the often noisy crowds of international tourists. After all we went to Vienna to experience Vienna and Austria; we have enough Hermes and alike in Manhattan. The hotel is old-school Vienna, both in terms of its physical structure and services. My daughter noted the rather spacious bathroom and the outer & inner doors to the hotel room. In some ways it’s a throwback to a bygone age. During our stay most other guests were German speakers. We enjoyed its particular charm, although some may find its digital infrastructure not up to date. The staff offered warm and gracious service of a kind that has become rare in today’s world. In particular, on our last day the manager whom we had not met before happened to be in the lobby when we returned from a long day of sightseeing. Upon noticing my daughter eyeing the antique phone in the lobby, he and the gentleman on duty at the front desk arranged a *secret* call (not once, but four times) so that my daughter could experience using a real phone and I could videotape the charming scene and conversation. It’s certainly a sweet memory we will always cherish.

Wonderful staff. Breakfast was good. Room and bathroom were the biggest we stayed in on our month long trip. We walked to most sights and the Underground was a block away for other sights. Our only complaint was that delivery/trash trucks came by early (they needed to as it was the only time they could access the pedestrian area). Taxi was able to come within 100 feet of front door

Wir kommen immer wieder in dieses Hotel, weil man viel Gutes sagen kann. Genau so stellen wir aber die mangelnde Schlafqualität fest. Bessere Decken und eine Auswahl an anatomisch geformten Polstern wäre günstig.

Room was large leather than I expected. Bed was also very comfortable.I think Hotel is placed very convenience such Shopping and easy to go main area. This is super comfortable hotel.
