Muy amables en recepción, buena ubicación. Solo teníamos poco espacio porque éramos tres y pusieron camas para cuatro, así que sobraba una individual y quitaba espacio del pasillo.

Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfy beds. The shower in our first room was broken. We spoke to staff the next morning and they immediately offered a new room with a working shower. In the new room, the shower worked, but some outlets and fixtures were still broken. Overall, not a bad experience but for $200 a night in early April, we expected a little more.

The room was very small buty ok for one or two nights. The bed is two twin matress'spushed together so expect the seam.

Fredrica was excellent communicating with us prior to arriving. Room was a full bed with private bath. We’re pleasantly surprised to see our room had a private balcony. When we return to Venice, we will definitely look them up again

Fui muito bem recebida pela Federica. O Albergo está muito bem localizado, a uma distância confortável da tumultuada região de San Marco. Recomendo e pretendo voltar.

Shared toilet was clean and kept stocked. Shower is in the corner of the room, which we got a kick out of. No lift available and stairs are a bit steep with luggage. Lots of eateries nearby.

It was an adorable property, but what made the stay was the woman running the property. She helped us out from the very beginning of booking the room. Kept in touch and helped us get to the property. Helped us get our luggage to the second floor. Helped arrange for help when we left for the airport.

Great location near the train station. This is important as you have to carry your bags up a few bridges. Comfortable. Shower pressure a bit low, otherwise fine, I would stay there again for sure

Sehr herzlicher und fürsorglicher Service, sauberes Zimmer, Klimaanlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es gab ein Gemeinschafts-WC auf dem Flur (war immer sauber und für ein paar Tage total ok ☺️) Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral, aber in einer ruhigeren Gegend. Ich würde es wieder buchen

The room was alright, with air conditioning. Bed was clean and comfortable. As everything in Venice, it is a bit small and you have to climb stairs to get to it and into it. We communicated through the staff of the pizzeria next door to check in and when there was a problem. The restaurant is good!

El hotel muy básico, la habitación que pedí era sin baño y es complicado la estadía, el aire acondicionado no sirven

No hay instrucciones precisa para saber cual es la mejor parada acuatica partiendo desde el aeropuerto y sr camina mucho con las maletas en camino empedrados muy incomodos. Importante, den mejores instrucciones o de un servicio extra sobre todo si vienes con maletas o carry ons
