Hotel is outdated; very old rooms and not maintained at all. Curtains are gone or only covering part of the window. You hear a lot of noise from the streets as the windows are not closing properly. Breakfast very bad…this is not more than a 2 star hotel. Never stay here again…

Rooms are very noisy. This is certainly not 4 star hotel. Reception and other staff in very bad mood anytime you reach them. Room service was very unprofessional and angry at me for not welcoming him in Greek.

When you are in Nicosia in August you need a hotel with a pool. Cleopatra hotel has a beautiful pool that opens right after the complimentary breakfast. It is also located close to a pharmacy, convinient stores, and retail stores. It was an excellent choice for our vacation.

The AC was pointing right onto the bed. We both got sick. The side of Cyprus is nothing to do zero. Literally nothing to do in this hotel is for 20 minutes. Walk from eating area. I would not recommend anyone staying here if you wanna go see Cyprus down on Turkish side. Also €75 to get to the airport from the hotel and then we stepped outside and got our own taxi for $40

No plugs to charge your phone next to bed. Gym working hours not for normal people, closing at 18:00 Swimming pool closing at 18:00! Breakfast basic No drinking water in the room Other than that, hotel is in the centre.

The location was perfect for walking around, finding great food and fabulous sights. Breakfast was delicious. Our only wish was that the pool area was open to sit around (it is truly too cold to swim now), but the pool area is gorgeous.

Very dated and worn. Small room. Very small shower. TV had black spots and lines through the picture. Needs replacing.

Hotel was in a nice area,staff were very friendly and helpful. walking distance to the heart of the city.
