Great staff, clean and new rooms, rich breakfast, has a bar.

Clean comfortable hotel. Walkable to centre with very helpful staff

This was very far from the main area. Just be aware that it is a minimum 30 min walk. We travelled with children older parents who had difficulty and we needed to uber between areas.

not sot good: I asked for an invoice, but a grumpy lady behind he counter refused allegedly because my reservation was made through hotels.com. First time this has ever happened. I decided not to challenge, as given the face of that receptionist, it would have been like talking to a brick wall. Room has the usual message to save water etc. I hung up my towels every day, yet every day my towels were changed. Why have that message in the room, if you're going to change towels anyway. Good: Check-in was smooth with a very kind receptionist. Room was super clean. very conveniently located for the prupose of my visit.

Ett helt OK hotell, bra och stora rum och god AC. Läget var nära ett större köpcentra och en busshållplats utanför entrén. Dock inte så många småbutiker och restauranger i området som man skulle kunna önska. Närmsta restaurangen mitt emot hotellet kan man undvika...

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a quadruple room with so much space, very comfortable and clean. I love that the room was not carpeted. The design is quite modern and sleek. Bathroom was also great complete with all amenities. The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. There are many dining options nearby, and we especially enjoyed Mercado Bom Succeso in the neighborhood. There's also a pharmacy right next door and a grocery nearby which makes it so convenient. It's in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again. Even if it's not right in the downtown core, it's not far off at all. I love Porto so much I will definitely be back very soon!

The location is convenient to get to central Porto and easy to get to Airport. The hotel facilities and breakfast was great.

Nossa hospedagem foi espetacular. Esta é a 3a. vez que ficamos neste hotel, que disponibiliza excelentes instalações. Entretanto, nesta última, foi ainda mais agradável e acolhedora, pois ficamos na ala reformada que esta ainda mais deslumbrante. É um hotel 4 estrelas, mas com aspecto, mobiliário e decoração de 5 estrelas. Perfeito. Super recomendo.

A nice clean and well run hotel and good value. Active travellers can walk to main attractions and dining options or it is a short drive. We walked everywhere and it was fine. Rooms were very nice.

Kind, helpful, and friendly staff. Good to have option of breakfast to go, for morning of early check-out and flight out, however somewhat disappointed by the contents given the variety of the actual breakfast buffet.
