The entire hotel and specially the rooms STUNK like sewer, coming from all the pipes. All we got was a 'I am sorry about that' from the front desk. Definitely would NOT recommend.

Great location

La habitación, en muy buenas condiciones, lo realmente increíble, fue la vista a la plaza y tener la basílica del pilar justo enfrente. Esa vista invaluable. El único inconveniente es que el taxi no puede llegar al hotel hay que caminar con la maletas.

Zimmer sind sehr sauber.Sitzgelegenheit jedoch mässig.nur ein Stuhl in einem 2 Personenzimmer.Die Betten sind sehr bequem.Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig.aber o.k.Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet.Parkhaus direkt vor dem Hotel.Die Gebühren werden durch das Hotel reduziert,sofern man das Parkticket bei der Rezeption vorlegt und nachfragt.Der Frühstücksraum ist im Keller und ehrlich gesagt nicht so einladend.Das Frühstück selbst ist absolut ausreichend.Mehrere Sorten Wurst,auch etwas Käse und alles was man eigentlich so braucht.Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Kathedrale welche abends schön erleuchtet ist,sehr schön.Wir würden uns auf Grund der Lage wieder für das Hotel entscheiden.Preis-Leistung hat gepasst.Vielen Dank!

Let me tell you: about two days before my arrival to the hotel, for some reason I was reading very bad comments about the conditions of the hotel and the rudeness of the staff; however everybody coincided on highlighting the beautiful views from the hotel… I got a bit concern about what I was reading but it was too late to change. Well, guess what? My experience was totally different! I did not get a view, probably because the type of room that I booked, actually it was the worst view to an interior patio, but in compensation I found very kind and helpful staff and a very functional and clean room, a bit simple but all was in great condition and working! So, it has been a great experience! The hotel is the best located in Zaragoza and definitely I will book again this hotel😎🇪🇸
