Rymliga och trevligt inredda rum. All personal trevlig och hjälpsam, om än varierande nivå av kunskaper i engelska (framför allt vid frukosten), men det funkade bra ändå, och inget som drog ned intrycket för oss. Fantastisk frukost! Stort och varierat utbud utan att bli överdådigt och kännas slösaktigt. Provade ej spa:et denna gång, men gymmet var ovanligt stort och välutrustat för att vara ett hotellgym - en positiv överraskning! Sedan är poolområdet underbart: stort, byggt i etager, med vacker grön inramning och de här tiden på året lyxigt luftigt! Nära till köpcentret Porto Pi där det finns en del affärer och matställen men lite längre från centrum, katedralen och Gamla stan. Enda nedsidan med boendet, men vill man ha tillgång till ett stort och fint sol- och badområde så går det nog inte att hitta bättre i Palma!

The staff was amazingly professional and customer orientated!!!! We had a little situation with the original tour of the city, no fault of the staff! Though I was a bit disappointed, they went above and beyond themselves in reassuring us that there were other ways to see the city and to enjoy ourselves. Sandra was most accommodating and truly an asset to the hotel.

This was probably the best hotel stay I’ve had. The staff were absolutely incredible and so attentive. It truly felt like they couldn’t be happier to get you whatever you needed which was great and the lovely Juan Carlos gave us some great restaurant recommendations! The room was comfy, clean, and well cared for and the spa was lovely to relax in. Wish we could’ve stayed longer but would definitely recommend and would definitely book again!

The property is amazing, the staff were super friendly, the food was amazing and all of the inside areas were great as well as the views around my room. It is on top of hill which is a pain to walk around but at least I got my exercise. The a/c thermostat looked really old, I had to keep turning it off and on to keep it cooling the room.

Staff were lovely! We enjoyed our stay. Very clean, great breakfasts and only a £10 taxi into town

Great views, good breakfast buffet, beautiful pools, relaxing, multiple saunas and steam rooms. If you’re looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of city hotels, this is a great choice!

The staff were all so friendly, happy any helpful. It seemed like a place where they all loved working in and that came across. I honestly couldn’t find a thing to not make this place a very special place to stay. Thank you. I came on my own so always nice to see friendly faces every day 😊

Soulless hotel, old hotel without the benefit of old 5* hotels and lacking quality in room equipments, inability to manage noisy guests, lack of attention of staff. Poor quality of food.

Great pool area and friendly service. Nice breakfast. The rooms are somewhat below what you might expect from a five star hotel.

An absolutely wonderful hotel with amazing staff and service. Overall clean and tidy with a very generous and tasty breakfast. Location high up with beautiful views of the ports and Palma city. A destination I would be more than happy to return to.

Nice people working at the hotel and very helpful. The hotel has seen it’s best days. The food at the resturant was not acceptable with among other things 2 servings with raw chicken.
