The room was nice and clean. Except a big complain about the shower. The shower head was leaking all over and spraying water all over. Another major drawback for me is the situation with getting an iron and an iron board. Couldn’t believe that the entire hotel had only 1 iron and board. I had to ask couple of times and finally got one on end of second day of my stay that too just the iron and not the board. Bizarre. The dinner in the evening was ok nothing great but very highly priced compared to what was being served. Overall 3 stars.

The staff was very hard working and helpful. The facilities were very relaxing and the food was great. If I am ever in the area again, I would stay there again.

Stayed one night before ferry to Morocco. Onsite parking for motorcycles and you even get a complimentary tapa if you’re a rider! Hotel is far from downtown but there’s an onsite bar and restaurant so no need to go out unless you want to. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Stayed for 8 nights with two friends. The reception staff were very welcoming speaking both Spanish and English. The room was a good size for 3 people and the beds comfortable. The rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. The water from the shower did seem to get onto the bathroom floor somehow but this is a minor gripe. The fridge and air conditioning in the room both worked and there is also tea and coffee making facilities. There is also a TV in the room with a number of Spanish speaking channels. There is a good size pool which is treated with salt rather than chlorine which is a bonus. Plenty of sunbeds and a good sized seating area. Drinks and food can be ordered from the bar. There is also a restaurant however I am unable to comment on the food as we ate out every day. The beach is a 20 minute walk away and buses are available directly outside the hotel. The town centre is also walkable however it is along a busy road. This is my second stay at Hotel Alboran and I would highly recommend it.

Pasé una noche porque está cerca de la terminal de ferries a Tánger. Muy bonita piscina, el personal es muy amable, y además el hotel tiene un muy buen restaurante
