The staff were good and the breakfast is incredible. So many lovely options for breakfast, they really go all out. The area has many parking gorillas so be aware of this.

The breakfast area was calm and you were seated. Good selection of food and drinks. The room was a good size and clean. The elevator was a bit busy at times. I miss body wash sopa. I could only find schampo and conditioner. It was labelled schampo.

Great hotel with a pleasant walk to nearest metro or direct on floor to city through the beautiful Turia gardens. Excellent base for a weekend in Valencia.

Everything was great. The bathrooms have just need a little bit of an update. More water pressure.

Front desk staff was not welcoming and at times short and kind of rude. Not sure this is the spanish way. The bar staff was very friendly and accommodating. Ramon was outstanding. He was very personable and helpful providing information and restaurant recommendations.

The breakfast eggs were almost cold Only one bottle of water provided and vending machine only took cash. I take 6 tablets per day and had to drink tap water first.. The room can be noisy from other guests, perhaps due to hard floors
