Hotel design avec chambre confortable avec baignoire hydro massage. Seule problème je quitte la chambre à 11h59 comme indiqué, j’entends le téléphone sonner à ce moment là pour me dire que la chambre est disponible uniquement jusqu’à midi. La réception pourrait attendre 12h00 ça serait plus respectueux, de plus j’ai le statut gold avec le late checkout normalement compris ,cet hôtel ne m’a jamais fait bénéficier de cet avantage bizarrement, c’est dommage ce genre d’attitude pour un client fidèle depuis plusieurs années.

Habitación amplia y muy cómoda, personal muy amable, aunque pasamos bastante calor... Como sugerencia propondría la posibilidad de disponer de albornoces en la habitación para poder ir a la piscina interior.

The staff was very nice and the location in Salou is great. I'm not sure I would call this a 4 star hotel, but it is affordable and clean. There was a laundry bag in the room, but when I brought the bag full of laundry to the front desk, I was informed the service is closed for the winter. Strange. Additionally, our room was hot and we asked about how to use the AC, to which they said the AC is turned off in the entire building for winter. We had to sleep with the window open, which was noisy at times. The staff at the Cook & Travel restaurant were very nice, especially my guy Ice Cube.

Great location, nice rooms, heated pool. Sometimes problem getting taxi.

2 nuits tres compliquées avec des voisins tapant au mur de facon inopportune Anecdotique nous devions avoir une bouteille de vin offerte suite à notre réservation et rien ... Malgré tout bonne situation et personnel agreable

Hotel oké maar niet echt bijzonder. Wel midden in de stad en het strand. Het ontbijt op tweede dag was niet vers. Oud stokbrood.
