Das Frühstück im Hotel Garbi ist unterdurchschnittlich: a) Der Kaffee aus der Maschine ist ein Zumutung. Es ist eine Mischung aus viel Wasser mit etwas Milch und eine kleine Menge von Kaffee. b) Die Auswahl an Speisen ist begrenzt und diese ändert sich auch die ganze Woche nicht. c) Die Qualität einiger Speisen (z.B. Orangensaft, Avocadoaufstrich) lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Rezeption ist fast immer durch Gäste, welche ein- oder aus-checken besetzt und eine Concierge gibt es nicht. Daher ist es oft nicht möglich ein Taxi zu bestellen oder etwas anderes abzuklären. Die Doppelbetten im Hotel bestehen aus zwei zusammengeschobenen Einzelbetten, welche sehr leicht auseinandergleiten. Für ein Paar ungeeignet! Summa Summarum: Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht!

It was great, the staff was very nice and accommodating. The buffet was incredible. It was different types of food every day which was nice.

Rooms were very small and basic, not at all what was represented or expected of a luxury resort. When we spoke to staff about upgrade, they said this was “standard” for Ibiza. There were also no umbrellas or chairs for guests on the actual beach. The only reason for more than 1 star was the breakfast, which was consistently above average and had excellent service.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Ich habe dort meinen Geburtstag verbracht und wir haben als Geste des Hotels ein Zimmer Upgrade und eine Geburtstagstorte bekommen. Ausnahmslos waren alle Mitarbeiter äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Hotel war sauber und auch das Essen hat gut geschmeckt. Es hat einen wunderschönen Poolbereich und die Lage am Strand ist auch hervorragend.

The staff was terribly rude, the Manager in the day was absolutely mannerless and did not know how to treat guests. Very disrespectful and barged into my room multiple times and started yelling at me. I was a solo girl travelling and was treated extremely terribly for a mere issue of late checkout, which I was ready to pay extra for. Was threatened by the manager. Unacceptable behavior from a so called ‘4.5 star Hotel.’ They should be reported to the authorities.

And the pool is amazing.

Stayed at this property for 4 days last week. Really the experience was dampened by the hotel’s AC. We had a friend who was staying in another room and his room felt cold throughout the stay. Had to sleep without covers. We told the hotel staff about this twice. Finally the second time they kept a card to let the ac (try to) run throughout the day. This really didn’t work either. It was slightly cooler, but not like our other friend. So if you want to risk sweating while you sleep, you can try this hotel.

Strand direkt beim Hotel. Trotz den vielen Menschen in der Umgebung-ist es in der Hotelanlage ruhig. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Gute Betten.

They really need to invest into their bedding and linens. Everything else was pretty good. Great location. Decent breakfast.
