This is not a 4 start hotel. Best a 3 star. Rooms bare. Breakfast not great at all . Would not stay here .family was unhappy staying here

The breakfast was alright but would have hoped for more. The pool was nice and clean, but unfortunately in the shade for the majority of the day. The room had a balcony which was only accessible by clambering up onto a windowsill and outside - shame as it was a nice place to sit and enjoy the sun!

Great stay! Great pool as well & the breakfast and room were both excellent. Only thing being I couldnt get the shower to go hot it was luke warm. Apart from that it was great!

The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel was very clean. I was disappointed when I was told that the Spa was closed during the summer.

I expected more for a 4 star hotel. Room was very dated, service ok, breakfast not Italian like at all.

Dejligt hotel med venlig personale. Ligger rigtig godt hvis man vil nyde lidt tid i Verona. Lokalt torv med gode spisemuligheder og hyggelig stemning. Vil gerne tilbage for det lokale miljø skyld

Great breakfast options, friendly, helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. Pool and sun terrace pleasant, shaded areas provided though there is some maintenance needed around the pool area.

This is a spa hotel without a spa in the summer months. Not identified by Expedia until booked. As it was in a decent location I didn’t change it. Good bus service outside. DONT use Uber in Verona it’s double the price of TAXIS.

Nice room and good staff. Loved the pool, but it was a bit far from the centre and the windows and doors opened oddly (so they'd get in the way). Also, we turned the AC off and left the window open, but the cleaner would close the window and turn the AC back on each day - very annoying and terrible for the environment.

Veldig fint hotell. Litt dårlig ac på rommet, men ellers veldig fint opphold.

Wir kommen schon mehrere Jahre in dieses Hotel 1. wegen hervorragendem Preis/Leistungsangebot 2. wegen der Nähe zur Stadtmitte (man kann locker zu Fuß gehen) 3. wegen dem Pool + Garten (ruhig, entspannt und kühle Getränke werden serviert)

The front desk person was not friendly or welcoming. The room is comfortable and a decent size. The air conditioner works well. The workout facility is very nice but too warm. No air conditioning. Hotel is about a 30 minute walk from city center.

Hotel, som ligger ca 30 minutter gange fra sentrum. Enkelt å gå, veldig god restaurant rett over gaten Osteria al Borgo. God frokost på hotellet.

Gåafstand til Verona centrum og Arenaen. Dejligt pool område v. hotellet. Venligt og imødekommende personale.
