Good hotel with access to train to city

O café da manhã é muito fraco em reposição, se o item acabou, ha uma grande demora para ele ser reposto. Todos os dias tivemos problemas com a máquina que faz café// cappuccino, teve dias em que terminamos de comer sem café por conta desse problema. O serviço de quarto no quesito limpeza era muito fraco também, todos os dia havia poeira no chão e nos móveis… só o banheiro que era limpo e o lixo retirado, de resto quanto a limpeza era um serviço inexistente…. Tirando esses inconvenientes o hotel possui uma excelente equipe na recepção e está muito bem localizado, próximo a estação Gemelli da FL3.

Cardapio não tem muitas opções

Nice breakfast, friendly staff. Ideal for my 1 night, made use of the parking garage which was nice and easy too.

Struttura un po’ datata, camere

Hotel buono, colazione super e abbondante. Se lo si sceglie come appoggio per andare alla Stadio Olimpico consiglio di trovare altro.

Skulle jag klaga på något, så är det brödet till frukosten och att det saknades någon form av grönsak. Annars var frukosten bra.

Ok but alittle far from city centre, showers are too small, I asked for bigger from back home and then front desk said more money

The shower is unnecessarily small. I say lose the bidet & make the shower twice the size. Also, i woke up at 3am sweating but i had the a/c on. Not sure what it's for exactly. The electronic shutters were cool. Ended up sleeping with the window open & that was much better. I would recommend staying here in October.

Problems with room and tardiness in corrections leads to my low rating. Shower drain was slow leaving standing water during shower to contaminate feet. Air conditioning was really bad and nights were hot so that we could not sleep well. I asked for an offset to our charges, but was ignored by management. I would have left a good review if we were made whole for the defects. But we were ignored and no response was forthcoming. Front desk personnel were very courteous and helpful overall in calling for taxis and more. Bed comfort mediocre.

Gut geeignetes Hotel um die Stadt zu erkunden. Zwar ein wenig außerhalb des Zentrums gelegen, aber es gibt eine gute Verbindung in die Stadt.

Excellent and very helpful staff. Convenient location. Visited all the sights in Rome. The room/bathroom was not spacious according to American standards but manageable. Very well maintained property. Enjoyed our stay.
