Perfect for my stay!

Very good hotel, just let down by the en-suite as it was a shower over the bath with a plastic shower curtain. Bed was comfy, breakfast was good and zn easy walk into Norwich

Great one night stay. Good location with parking,15 mins walk to centre but also on bus route with close by stops. Nice clean room and comfortable bed. Good lounge/ bar area. V good full breakfast. All staff v friendly and welcoming. Barry was particularly helpful in forwarding on some items we’d left in our room - at minimal cost. Certainly stay again.

Internal navigation includes multiple directional changes. Noise Raised voices from adjacent rooms audible. Floor structure produces audible creaking. Staff Consistently courteous and cooperative. Comfy room, quiet, easy to park and close to the city. Only downside was there’s no dinner served there but apart from that an enjoyable stay

Great location into city, friendly staff and comfy bed!

Amazing hotel and staff went out of there way to make it a great stay.

The hotel is perfectly placed to walk into the centre or to drive out to other areas. Easy to find and a lovely warm welcome. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. No evening meals though they do bar snacks. Average prices on drinks. And if you want a meal without walking into the centre turn left as you come out of the car park and walk 100 yards down the road. On the right is a pub called the Eagle. Not pub grub but very nice food.

A lovely hotel, in a good location a short walk to Norwich town centre. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

I had a lovely stay, the room was really nice and the staff was lovely. It was very hot at night, tho, and I felt a little worried sleeping with the window open (ground floor), but everything was fine and I would totally come back.

Nice hotel, comfy bed, slightly dated decor, bit of a pee take charging residents for parking.

We really enjoyed our stay and were welcomed by Emily who was brilliant. She was very courteous, helpful and happy on reception and when serving in the Restaurant. The service from the young girl in the Restaurant was also excellent. The evening meal we had was very good and the choice was varied. Breakfast was great also. The location was great as it is only a 15 minute and nice walk into town and the churches and Cathedral.

Have stayed here on numerous occasions and love the warm friendly atmosphere.

Always enjoy our nights at the Annesley.

Could not fault this stay. Exceptional service throughout. Very comfortable bed in en suite room with tub. Table service at breakfast which is very rare these days. Would definitely stay again.
