This Hotel is superb. Spotlessly clean. Staff are wonderful. The restaurant is a delight and great value. Top Alsace cuisine don’t miss this great restaurant.

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious and very comfortable.

The staff and service were excellent. We requested a babycot last minute and they were able to provide without a problem. The room was big and well maintained. Free parking facilities. On walking distance from a McDonalds (great for our kids). I believe there is a busstop on walking distance that goes to the city centre of Colmar if you are interested in that. We also used the breakfast option. If I have to be critical: the warm breakfast was a bit of a let down. The scrambed eggs and bacon did not taste good (eggs were too watery and bacon had a weird taste) and you had to boil your own egg (dangerous for kids). Suggestion: also offer boiled eggs (next to giving service to the guests who prefer to boil their own). There was enough choice regarding the 'cold'/continental breakfast with great French pastries/bread. This hotel is definitely a recommendation to stay here as a family.

Habitación moderna con bañera hidromasaje. El sofá cama era ruidoso pero el resto de camas eran muy cómodas.

Hotellets udseende såvel ude som inde, var ikke noget at råbe hurra over. Et jævnt kedelig hotel, hvor jeg måtte gå 200 skridt fra receptionen inden jeg kom til mit værelse. Man kunne have frisket hotellet op med nogle dejlig farver.

Spacious and nice hotel and room. Parkering next to the hotel, including ev charging. Very suitable for families. Only thing we missed was fitness facilities.

Wij waren op doorreis naar Italië en hadden met ons gezin een familie kamer geboekt. Het was een zeer ruime en schone familie-kamer. Personeel was vriendelijk. Top locatie om ook een dagje Colmar te bezoeken. Prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding was uitstekend.

Great location just outside of Colmar. Huge, spacious, corner room. All was great except we discovered the jacuzzi tub (there was no shower) had a broken handheld showerhead that sprayed water from the bottom, so it made it hard to bathe while not watering the rest of the bathroom. In addition, we had no hot water at all. After realizing this we took cold showers which was quite the wake up call!! Everything else was great and we did notify the staff at checkout so that they could resolve these issues for the next guest.

Everything was great. Only complaint was the ac.even though was working it was too hot in the room. Room, bathroom and facility is clean and welcoming.
