Nice hotel in the middle of the town. Parking spaces are super small and very limited, so reserve in advance. Nice little bar in the inner part of the artsy hotel.

Very good place too stay

A bit inconvenient that the rooms were in a different building than the reception and breakfast area. There was no free water provided in the room. Room was very big and with AC.

Vom Moment unserer Ankunft bis zu unserer Abreise war einfach alles perfekt. Das gesamte Personal an der Rezeption war sehr hundefreundlich und ist auf eine wirklich herzliche Weise mit unserem Hund umgegangen. Das Zimmer war makellos sauber und angenehm ruhig. Besonders gut hat uns die Einrichtung bzw. das stilvolle Design des Hotels gefallen. Da das Personal der Meinung war, dass unser ursprünglich vorgesehenes Zimmer für unseren Hund etwas zu klein sei, hat man uns in ein größeres Zimmer umgebucht. Dort wurden wir mit Wasser- und Futternäpfen sowie einem kleinen Leckerli für unseren Hund begrüßt. Da der Parkplatz etwas schwierig zu befahren war, kam uns das Personal sofort zu Hilfe, organisierte einen besseren Stellplatz direkt vor dem Hotel und nahm uns sogar das Gepäck ab und begleitete uns bis auf unser Zimmer. Nachdem wir uns eingerichtet hatten, rief man uns sogar noch an, um nachzufragen, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Wir werden bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in der Gegend auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten und können dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Hotellet lå lige i den gamle bydel, hvilket var helt suverænt. Fantastisk beliggenhed ift Colmars hyggelige gader. Personalet var meget venlige, professionelle og hjælpsomme. Genial og lækker morgenmad. Vi lånte nogle lidt slidte cykler af hotellet, til en ok pris, men de gjorde hvad de skulle.

Fantastisk hotel med genial placering i forhold til byens centrum. Skønne værelse og sødeste service mindes personale. Skøn morgenmad og dejligt stille hotel. Dog lidt udfordrende på airconditioning som ikke kunne levere hvad der var behov for i varmen. Men det blev håndteret på bedst mulig måde.

À lovely French boutique hotel in the centre of Colmar with parking spaces just an outside the hotel. The room was very charming with a modern French touch!

We had two nights at this lovely hotel in the heart of Colmar old town. We couldn’t park in the hotel car park so we parked a short walk away in a secure public car park recommended by the hotel. The hotel was very convenient for the beautiful medieval quarter of Colmar with lots of nice restaurants nearby. Our room was modern, clean and nicely furnished. Would definitely stay here again.

Tout était parfait. L’hôtel a parfaitement répondu à nos demandes, nous avons eu droit à un surclassement et une petite attention pour les 40 ans de mon ami ! Personnel au petit soin, emplacement de rêve, petit déjeuner de qualité. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller !

Really lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were generally lovely with the exception of one very rude woman who mercifully only worked nights but shouldn’t be dealing with people at all

Clean room and welcoming staff in a perfectly position hotel in the centre of town. Car park small and tight and is home to a number of pigeons!

We enjoyed our stay. It is in the heart of town and the pedestrian area. It was hot weather (80 degrees). We had two rooms. One the air-conditioning works great and the other one the air-conditioning couldn’t keep up. We asked for a new room and got a room with great air conditioning. So if your room is warm when you check in ask for another room.

Lovely trip, a flying visit but a lovely hotel non the less! We stayed in a beautiful room and had great access to Colmar from the hotel

Hôtel bien situé. En revanche, les photos des chambres sur le site ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Les chambres sont beaucoup moins modernes et rénovées, et paraissent restées dans leur jus. À cela s’ajoute une chambre extrêmement bruyante : aucune insonorisation, tous les bruits extérieurs sont perceptibles, mauvaise nuit assurée. Aucune commodité en chambre, même pas une bouteille d’eau… Le petit-déjeuner est agréable, mais loin des standards d’un 4 étoiles. Enfin, une réceptionniste très désagréable pour finir le séjour.
