Excelente estadia. Hotel próximo à estações de tram, mercados, farmácias e pontos turísticos. Funcionários cordiais e solícitos. Quarto confortável.

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider nicht ganz so angenehm, wie ich es mir erhofft hatte. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich jedoch das Personal – alle Mitarbeitenden waren äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, was ich sehr geschätzt habe. Leider gab es einige Mängel im Zimmer, die den Komfort stark beeinträchtigt haben. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig: Es gab Flecken auf dem Kissen (braun), der Bettdecke (rosa) und sogar auf einem Handtuch (blauer Fleck). Auch die Wände waren sichtbar verschmutzt, und an mehreren Stellen blätterte die Farbe ab. Die Ausstattung hatte ebenfalls einige Schwächen. Die Klimaanlage bzw. Heizung war sehr laut, sodass ruhiger Schlaf schwierig war. Der Föhn fiel alle 10 Sekunden aus, was das Haare trocknen zur Geduldsprobe machte. Zudem gab es kaum Stauraum für Gepäck oder Kleidung, und der Rollladen ließ sich nicht schließen, was besonders störend war, da das Hotel sehr hellhörig ist. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt nicht optimal, und ich würde mir wünschen, dass das Hotel mehr Wert auf Sauberkeit und Instandhaltung legt. Mit ein paar Verbesserungen könnte es deutlich angenehmer werden – das tolle Personal hätte es auf jeden Fall verdient!

J’ai voyagé seule et mon hébergement était convenable avec une chambre d’hôtel propre même si un peu petite.

Ein super herzlicher Empfang, allerdings sind die Zimmer recht klein und abgewohnt. Die Heizung war defekt und gefühlt 26 grad im Zimmer. Leider war auch Licht im Spiegel und der Duschanfluss defekt. Ein mehr als einfaches Hotel, dass gut gelegen ist. Man ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum.

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are small and old. We reserved our 3 person room for a 2 bed room and they upgraded us. I was shocked by the comments and it was a light disappointment.

Nos hospedamos en época de mercados navideños, considerando los elevados precios de los hoteles en Estrasburgo para esas fechas, este hotel fue una opción con buena relación calidad-precio. Fácil acceso caminando hasta el centro de la ciudad. Hay un supermercado al lado del hotel. Estación de tren a 20 minutos andando. La limpieza en general bien. El muchacho de recepción fue muy cordial a nuestra llegada, llegamos antes del check-in y nos permitió dejar las maletas guardadas hasta regresar en la noche. Lo único desventajoso en nuestro caso fue que la habitación triple que nos tocó, estaba ubicada en un ático y, si no ponías mucho cuidado o tienes estatura alta te puedes golpear la cabeza con las vigas de madera del techo. El ascensor te lleva hasta la cuarta planta y ahí subes unas escaleras hasta la habitación.

The room (#35) was ridiculously small so much so that you had to practically climb over the bed to get to the other side. It should have been a single occupancy with a single bed, definitely not a double. We had no hand soap or body soap. We could have called the front desk, but you would think those items would be checked between patrons. I would not book a room there again, especially for the price!

Séjour normal L’hôtel est bien placé et dispose d’un parking à proximité et pas vraiment cher mais c’est tout Les chambres sont jolies mais minuscules et pas en super état Il n’y a pas de cafetière ni de bouilloire c’est la première fois que je n’en vois pas dans un hôtel Par contre le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux L’accueil est sympathique Attention au ménage surtout de la salle de bain

El hotel es céntrico y tiene parking bajo reserva aunque está a un poco apartado si vas en coche. Andando esta en la siguiente calle. Personal amable y habitación aceptable. Aunque se oia la habitacion de al lado como si estubiesen en la nuestra. No me gustó la moqueta y la habitacion tan pequeña, daba un poco de agobio Pero para unos dias está bien

Hôtel placé à une quinzaine de minutes à pied de la cathédrale et à environ 5 minutes du centre commercial du Marais Vert. Personnel agréable et bon petit déjeuner. Nous y retournons depuis plusieurs années.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are incredibly small and the bathroom is even smaller.

This is a hotel in an old convent and it shows. The rooms a tiny like a nun’s chamber. The walls are thin so you can hear the neighbors praying LOL. The location is away from the hub bub of the city but you can hear the street.

A l'arrivée on m'a demandé de payer la chambre et on m'a donné ma clef, le tout en 40 seconde chrono. La chambre était minuscule,pas de bouilloire ni d'article de toilette...juste une bouteille de savon vissée au mur.La propreté...moyenne. Traces sur le coussin, moquette qui colle devant le salle de bain...Mais l'hôtel est bien placé.Onéreux (545€) pour si peu de confort.

Hotel had a great location to get to the Christmas Market. Pre-arrangement for parking was the only set back, but that would have nearly impossible get due to the Christmas Market happening, reservation would have to have been made well in advance. The parking platz recommended by hotel was just down the street, very convenient and close by. Check-in was a breeze and the room, although small, it was comfortable for an overnighter.

Quarto ok, cama boa, porém com carpete empoeirado, sem espaço para abrir as malas e banheiro cheirando esgoto. Localização boa mas não tem estacionamento (tem poucas vagas e precisa reservar antes mas ninguém te avisa)

Good for a stop over. Close to the centre, secure parking and friendly, helpful staff. Clean and comfortable so good value for money.

On a passé deux bonnes nuits. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment top. Il y en a pour tous les goûts. De manière générale, c'est bon. Certains détails pourraient être revus comme l'absence de bouilloire, thé, café dans la chambre, et la peinture se décolle des murs par endroits, la Vmc est HS dans la salle de bain et la fenêtre cassée. Chambre étroite.
