Hotel situated in the beautiful old town. Check in was quick and the reception desk staff were very friendly. Room was spacious, clean, modern and well equipped. Room was very quiet overnight and a good sleep was had.

Hotel close to important sights. However , Strasbourg is a walkable city, so you don't have to stay in the centre. Breakfast was nice with a few lokal specialities, such as homemade youghurt. Wonderful bread and cheese.

L’hôtel était bien ,par contre l’internet n’étais pas terrible …Nous avons dû nous rendre dans un café pour faire des réservations concernant notre voyage un peu déçu et difficultés à prendre nos courriels le réseau n’était vraiment pas très fort …L’hôtel nous a dit qu’il y avait eu un bris et que la pièce avait été changé mais le réseau n’était pas beaucoup plus efficace après réparation…Donc si l’internet est primordial pour vous il faut y penser deux fois …

最先check in 的房间在4楼，下午房间内已经非常闷热，有一个夸张的制冷机，它的工作噪音很大。半夜2点整个房间像蒸笼一样，令人非常气愤！经过与前台沟通，更换了房间，但是无论如何，这一晚的遭遇已经毁了整个行程！

Superb service from all the staff, but the room and bathroom were very small.

All good except the rooms were extremely small but functional and clean. The size is like a cruise cabin. Excellent location, good food. Coffee not so good, a little strong and acid, but great experience overall. During the day there were some repairs on the building, so there was some noise

Sehr gute Beratung bzgl Restaurants und Cafés, sehr nettes Personal. Zentrale Lage. Zimmer Tel klein, haben aber alles, was man braucht. Frühstücksraum leider zu klein, eng und fensterlos.

Emma & Jeremy were great on the front desk, we loved the location & the breakfast was simply wonderful with so many options.
