Hotel is situated above shops and therefore Reception and rooms are on 2nd floor (no lifts). Receptionists were very good, but only onsite from 7am to 9pm after that just a phone number. Had to call at 9.30pm due to blocked toilet, but could only leave a message and got no reply. Spoke to Receptionist in the morning to be told the manager had left a message for them to speak to us in the morning.... hopeless, not impressed at all. Also room was next to Breakfast room and therefore rudely awaken at 7am by rearranging tables etc.

Kind people with best services at very convenient location walkable to Loire river closely! Convenient to transportations and close to Gare Du Tours! Very delicious breakfast!

O hotel fica num pequeno prédio antigo sem elevador, são 4 andares. Os hóspedes deveriam ser avisados para evitar malas pesadas

The property was clean and well situated in the city. The only negative is that we can hear all the other lodgers so it was difficult to sleep.

L'accueil OK, mais l'hôtel n'est pas fait pour accueillir les personnes âges. La proposition d'une chambre au dernière étage sans ascenseur est difficile à admettre. Le site de l'hôtel néglige à diner les informations importantes: parking payant, absence de restaurant d'hôtel, chambres dans les étages sans ascenseur, hôtel pour les sportifs en préférence sans bagages, bref: un hôtel décevant pour personnes âges qui cherchent un peu de comfort.

The feeling is very familiar and I have been well received. There is no lift but they helped me all the time with my suitcase. Very service minded. The hotel owner has been so kind and drove me to the station. I do not know if other hotel directors would do that. I am very thankful. Also Antony was very kind and always smiling. Thank you for everything!

Comfortable, clean, basic hotel. Staff is eager to please. Breakfast (extra 10 euros) is excellent. But, hotel is on 3rd and 4th floors, up fairly steep steps. There is a SMALL sign in the street floor lobby offering staff to carry luggage up, but it is so small we saw it only after we had manhandled our luggage all the way up. IF you take advantage of this service, the hotel’s location is not an issue. Otherwise, travel light.

Hotel bien situado y es un dos estrellas. Todo limpio y correcto. Personal de recepción muy amable. No tiene ascensor y el aparcamiento de delante es de pago.

2 étages à monter pour commencer. Personne présent entre 12h00 et 16h00. La chambre n’a pas été faites pendant 3 jours. Personnel agréable.

Great location and a nice breakfast room. Had a family room with 2 teenagers- a bit small and a tiny bathroom. All clean.

Hôtel correct bien situé et propre. Les chambres sont en etages et sans ascenseur. Dans notre chambre nous entendions un bruit sourd de moteur intermittent que nous avons signalé mais resté de cause non identifiée. La clim a couvert ce bruit et elle etait bienvenue par la canicule qui a sévi. Petit déjeuner correct. Personnel d’accueil sympathique. Nous avons utilisé le parking gratuit des bords de Loire la journée et celui de la place face a l’hôtel la nuit , gratuit entre 18h30 et 9h.

Hélas comme assez souvent avec une resa .hotel.com on n’a pas les meilleures chambres d’attribuer Ici chambres mansardées au 4ieme sans ascenseur !! Hôtel assez vieillot . Tv parallèle au lit ? Salle de bains étriquée Clim bloquée à 23degres Mais propre et bonne literie . Peu de bruit Personnel serviable . Bon petit déjeuner Bref pour une nuit on fait avec
