Very clean. Comfy, queen-size bed with crisp white linen. Lovely, helpful staff, and an excellent location a couple of minutes' walk to the main beach, the town with bars and resaurants, and the train station across the road. But the hotel needs some TLC - the bathroom door didn't shut, the toilet rocked when sat on, there were flickering lights above the basin, and the floors were worn. The air con was powerful, but very noisy as it clicked on and off, so we had to turn it off in the middle of the night. But you get what you pay for - the price was very reasonable for the location. There is no parking, so bear in mind it costs €25 on top of the room price to stay in one of the underground car parks over night, which are very nearby. St Jean de Luz is a fun, friendly town, with safe bathing in the bay - definitely worth a visit!

Chambre propre personnel sympa mais le wifi ne fonctionne pas. En effet chambres mal insonorisée avec portes lourdes qui font du bruit donc souvent réveille la nuit mais emplacement top honnêtement plus un deux étoiles qu’un 3

Excellent location, the staff was super helpful

La première chambre attribuée était malheureusement - Mal isolée de la route - Pesante car pas encore de clim et impossible d'ouvrir fenêtre pour dormir. Il faudrait au moins revoir l'aération/isolation de cette chambre Heureusement le personnel d'une gentillesse absolue s'est arrangé pour nous changer de chambre bien plus calme et fraîche Merci !

L’établissement est bien entretenu et le personnel serviable et gentil. Seul hic, la WiFi, qui n’a pas du tout fonctionné dans la chambre. Budget très convenable

Petit hôtel très sympa, idéalement situé en face de la gare et à quelques pas du centre-ville et du bord de mer. Personnel extrêmement sympathique. Chambre simple, confort basique mais très propre. Seul léger bémol, le prix est un peu élevé par rapport à ce confort assez sommaire...

Very comfortable bed. Lovely hotel. Just across from the train station so ideal when arriving by train. Staff very friendly. Room cleaned daily and towels changed. Would stay here again.

Great location if you’re coming in on the train, it’s located across the street from the train station. Easy walk to great restaurants, shopping and the beach. Staff was helpful.
