Ótima localização e equipe muito simpática. Wi-Fi do quarto muito ruim!

Minha experiência neste hotel foi extremamente decepcionante e muito abaixo do esperado. As fotos divulgadas no momento da reserva não correspondem à realidade encontrada. O quarto apresentava sinais de desgaste, pouca conservação e conforto inferior ao prometido. O maior problema foi o atendimento na recepção. Ao chegar, por volta das 23h, após uma longa viagem de trem, fui tratado com total falta de empatia e hospitalidade. Em razão de uma caução de apenas €30, meu cartão apresentou falha no chip. Expliquei diversas vezes que havia saldo suficiente e me ofereci para demonstrá-lo, além de informar que conseguia realizar pagamentos por aproximação, mas a máquina do hotel não aceitava essa modalidade. Mesmo assim, nenhuma alternativa razoável foi oferecida. A situação tornou-se ainda mais constrangedora quando insistiram em reter meu passaporte como garantia, algo que considerei desproporcional e inaceitável. Apenas após muita insistência foi possível resolver o impasse. Um hóspede deve ser tratado com respeito, especialmente após uma viagem cansativa. Além disso, a experiência geral deixou a desejar em diversos aspectos, desde a falta de cordialidade até a ausência de preocupação em encontrar uma solução simples para um problema de pagamento temporário. Não recomendo este hotel e certamente não voltaria a me hospedar aqui.

Buon hotel in pieno centro, camera piccolina ma molto pulita. Buona la colazione, forse un pò di frutta di stagione, solo mele e arance a fine giugno, sarebbe stata gradita.

God beliggenhed, gode senge, uovertrufne hovedpuder (!) og dejlig morgenmad. Lidt kedelig udsigt fra vores værelse, men til prisen har vi intet at klage over!

Hotel très central sur zone pietonniere. Agreable et cosy

Reservei com café da manhã mas no final me cobraram. Chegada tensa pois não vi placa do hotel. Atendentes simpáticas. Café da manhã se chegar na última hora do previsto para fechar, vai ficar na rapa, nem ovo tinha. Ar condicionado foi abrir a janela, pq não vi controle nem nas paredes. Quarto pequeno mas limpo. Cama pequena, mas confortável. Sistema de entrar no hotel por senha.

The staff were very helpful. They helped us check the train schedule and called the car rental company. The room was clean and very spacious. The location is convenient just a few minutes walk to the Palais des Papes.

Just steps away from the Pope’s Palace, restaurants and all of the old city. It was a wonderful place to stay and highly recommend it.

Clean room, big room for France, comfy bed

Le personnel était très serviable et la chambre très bien. Seul bémol : l'insonorisation n'est pas optimale et j'entendais pas mal mes autres voisins qui heureusement, n'ont pas été très bruyants. Il y a dans l'hôtel quelques chambres qui ont des positions bizarres et ne sont pas totalement accessibles en ascenseur (chambre 29, 39 notamment). On a eu du mal à trouver cette chambre au début car elle était dans un autre bâtiment et il fallait soit monter au 5ème pour redescendre à pied au 3ème, soit monter traverser la salle de petit déjeuner au 1er et monter à pied 2 étages dans un petit escalier. L'autre chambre était normalement accessible.

the parking situation was sooo difficult...far away, all cobblestones, ugh. they did send me an email about the difficulties but it was AFTER i booked. TV was awful, BBC news was the only english station. front desk did not speak or understand any english. could not drive to hotel, it was surrounded by ped areas and that was not clear. i called to see how to get in and thats when i realized the no english situation. all i understood was 'parking palais du papes' ugh. i will alwlays choose on site parking in the future.
