Location is very central to everything in Avignon. Room was comfortable and staff were first rate. We would definitely return.

Extremely cramped accomodations

Property close to Palais du Pape and attractions.

Property is in an excellent location close to restaurants and attractions. Nice and spacious with a full tub. Not a fan of the 1/2 shower door where water inevitably spills onto the floor... although seems to be the way with most hotels. AC was excellent and also appreciated the ability to open the window. Unfortunately even with a request to the hotel to review, Wifi wasn't good for most of the stay. Overall a very nice and pleasant stay.

The hotel is located in the large square, offering excellent access. The rooms are very quiet. The staff provided courteous service.

Got the top floor rooms that are newly renovated. Clean, spacious, quiet and cool. Rooms included nespresso machine and safe. Great beds and newly renovated bathrooms. Location is perfect and service is friendly. Could not ask more from a hotel really. Avignon is also a great city.

Dommage que la règle soit d'attendre 15:30 pour prendre possession de la chambre mais l'hôtel met à la disposition de ses clients une bagagerie. Chambre calme bien que l' hôtel soit situé Place de l'Horloge Personnel de l'accueil très sympathique.

Rent o fräscht på rummet. Frukosten kunde vara bättre med kaffe.

Being inside the palace walls is an incredible experience. Parking is a little rough as the underground parking was far from the hotel. Cobblestone roads are not easy to roll your bags. But we loved our stay there.

Perfect location. Room is small but the windows from our room overlooked the square. Beds were not the most comfortable. Staff was excellent. Many stairs, there is a small lift but mornings waiting can be a challenge

Hard to find and figure out parking. NO air conditioning! Front desk told us to open the windows, but people talking, smoking etc... made that impossible. If you are not going to turn on the AC, don't advertise it!

Our first time in Avignon was a delight! Staying at Kyriad Avignon Palais Des Papes was convenient and accessible to all the walled city had to offer. We want to come back!

Walls were incredibly thin, could hear everything from neighbor rooms. Bed was comfortable and staff were friendly. Can validate parking tickets for Palais des Papes and Les Halles. If you’re a bad sleeper, it won’t be comfortable. Otherwise it was very fine.
