This as a lovely little property in the El Botànic neighborhood. We really enjoyed staying here and found the staff to be so friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast add on was definitely worth it - delicious with lots of choices! The neighborhood was easy to walk around and there were several restaurants nearby plus the Botanical Gardens were practically around the corner which was a very laid back and enjoyable experience after all the crazy fun of The Fallas! A couple of blocks away was the main road so access to taxis was easy. I would definitely recommend this property!

Nice clean boutique hotel. Great location adjacent the city botanic garden. Sometimes noisy by walking traffic or kids playing. The church next door had bells ringing for nearly 30 minutes on Sunday morning. It could use and there is signage of and renovation/update. Bathroom lighting is not good for face mirror usage.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wurde. Die Lage war gut und es nachts ruhig. Auch das Personal war gut gelaunt und stets freundlich. Ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

Zimmer war super. Top Matratze dienoch nicht komplett durchgelegen war. Frühstück war gut, jedoch mal richtig gründlich Reinigen im Rrstaurant wäre notwendig. Ist nur Oberflächlich gemacht. Mitarbeiter an der Réception sind top.

Beautifully furnished hotel, extremely spacious and well equipped rooms. Staff are super friendly and give great recommendations. The highlight was the complimentary city tour from a local born and bred Valencian who brought us around and showed us the best of the city even despite the weather. Todo fue espectacular, la estancia, las habitaciones, limpias, cómodas y espaciosas, el menú de desayuno era amplio, delicioso y con gran sabor. El staff encantador y de gran ayuda siempre.

This was a lovely room with beautiful decor, great clothing storage, a very large room, bright windows and bathroom. The jacuzzi was a great addition, easy to fill, stayed warm, comfortable for two people. The hotel is small, and showed some areas of being dated, but it has had great upgrades. The restaurant had great food and coffee. It was a close location to most of old town. I didn't like the area to the West, but that was ok, as most of what we needed was to the East and south.
