Location was pretty centrand pretty safe. The staff was very helpful and friendly to talk to. It's located in a safe location and not far from the bus station and tourist bus stop

Arrived and realized only elevator broken, climbed up top 6th floor with luggages. Staff Ali very rude, told to pay remaining deposit in cash, and was told to go somewhere else or another hotel instead if the elevator broken & had to walk up stairs. No service, arrogant & has gut to ask more pmt in cash & city tax daily per person for . Just Ridiculous

Great spot great location

The room (a triple) was quite small, hardly enough room to open all our suitcases on the floor. The bathroom was large. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was convenient.

The staff were such a help! Our room had a lovely view and it was clean. It’s not a fancy place but it was perfect for what we needed!

Old and quaint, but good value and friendly, helpful staff. The only disadvantage might be not having 24-hour desk, but that did not affect us. It was a good stay for two nights.

Gut

I've been here with my brother, we booked a private room for two. Everything was perfect. It was clean (they clean it on a daily basis), the receptionists very available and friendly. Nothing to say. The only thing that could "annoy", it's that the hostel is in the city centre, more or less, so it can be noisy at night as well. But the experience was amazing

Terrible room size, bed size

Needs update but overall ok to stay in. No coffee machine at common area, lots of coffee shops in the area but it would have been nice. Elevator was a little sketchy but it worked. The staff was really nice, friendly and professional.

La ubicación es buenísima, céntrica, en un barrio muy bonito y cerca de una parada de metro. El edificio del alojamiento es histórico, con mucho encanto. Tiene bastantes sitios cerca para comer y el barrio es seguro. La única cosa que no me ha gustado es que la habitación no estaba bien insonorizada y eso hacía que se escuchasen bastantes ruidos y dificultase dormir, pero por lo demás es super conveniente.

Hotellet ligger på bra området och nära viktiga turistorter och platser men rummet som jag bodde var inte helt rent, hittade andras hår i rummet . Var jätte dyrt rummet värdet inte det priset som jag betalade. Personalen var trevliga

Todas las personas con las que tratamos fueron muy amables y la ubicación bastante buena, pero todo lo demás, fatal. - Para empezar el precio, muy mediocre para costar casi 100€/noche tasas - Solo disponen de una nevera por si quieres guardar algo, pero no hay microondas ni cocina común. - La habitación doble tenía una ventana que malamente se podía abrir y que da hacia un patio interior, nada que ver con las imágenes de la reserva. - La puerta de la habitación cerraba con un fechillo no hermético, así que en cuanto a ruido, era como tener la puerta abierta. - Nulo aislamiento de sonido. Cuando venía gente de madrugada o se iba muy temprano nos despertaban. - La cama: por un lado completamente pegada a la pared y por el otro lado a 50 centímetros del baño, de nuevo, nada que ver con las imágenes de reserva, apenas cabían las maletas. - Nos salió un bicho extraño de debajo de la cama. - Hay una tele, pero de decoración, porque o no emite imagen o el mando no tenía pilas. Lo único bueno la amabilidad y el Wifi 6, pero no volveré ni lo recomiendo.

We had a room with private bathroom. It was exactly what we expected. Clean bathroom, comfortable bed. Location is perfect. Nearby Sagrada Familia and two Gaudi houses. Subway and busses few minutes away. Very nice staff. Overall good experience.
